Would you "swap" your crypto for a Tesla?

Hello everyone!

So with the hype around crypto that Elon Musk is creating and with the news about possibility of acquisition of any Tesla car with crypto, comes my question:
Would you buy a Tesla with BTC or ETH? Aren't we going to regret it? In future, will this turn to an event similar to "Bitcoin Pizza Day" where people will be sayin that someone spend a whole BTC or 10 ETH for a car ?

I would not change my crypto for any Tesla car. I still like cars with internal combustion engines even more. I like Porsche or Lamborghini better.

You are right that it may become an event like bitcoin pizza day, but what will happen if it goes the other way around? If btc and eth do not remain at the same price they are today, then at least a Tesla is worth an asset to be bought with it in today's world to enjoy the luxury. And it is not for the average people after all as Tesla is a luxury that can only be afforded by fanciers.

Tesla is good investment it will not reach this far and considering its price if not worthy, having this expensive car bought from crypto wil not be regrettable Like what happened in pizza day, swapping my crypto with tesla is like cashing out for a tangible investment especially if were already in profit in our crypto or it comes from long term holding. Depends if I want to sell my crypto anyway and if I need a car Everything else makes no sense. I wouldn't trade crypto for a Tesla if I didn't need a Tesla and if I wouldn't sell my crypto anyway because I don't think we've peaked yet. Of course, this assumption may be wrong, just like the assumption was wrong to buy a pizza for 10k bitcoin.

Not that really into cars that much, and any transportation for me would already do, like I don't even want to brag about it if I can buy one.
I would hodl probably my BTC and not think of just buying it all to something that worth millions.
There are better things I could spend my BTC at.

Tesla is a company, which means they are profit driven and did that integration of btc payments on purpose. To say that they invested billions this year is a red flag why one should not swap his or her bitcoin for any battery car.
In my opinion, Tesla is having a purpose and they intend to get as much as many Bitcoin that they can hold for long term, remember how the CEO was shilling doge back then, the same will come for bitcoin when they accumulate all the satoshi they get their hands on. So, hold to your sweet bitcoin.

No, because a car is not a great investment. Its value will drop the second day. I'd invest into real estate but not in a billionaire's car just to make him even richer.

I won't do that and I'll store my crypto for future. Crypto is more valuable at this time then why I'll waste it by buying a car? Price of crypto is increasing day by day and I won't be able to buy after some days by selling my car. So it is good time to store more crypto in our wallet.

Why would I immediately halve the value of my crypto?

The only reason I would do that is if I had thousands of BTC sitting around... then maybe just for the novelty of it.  But as any substantial percentage of my holdings, no chance.

If I need a car and buy a Tesla why wouldn't I? To me there is no difference if you sell your crypto coins to buy a car or directly buy a car with your crypto coins. Considering we are in a bull market this is very logical move to realize your profit. You can make your crypto coins back in bear market again. They are here to stay in our life. Meanwhile you can enjoy your Tesla too.
I did it in 2017 and I never regret. I sold my Bitcoin for a really good profit and bought a good car. Then I made more money by working and recollect my BTC more than I spent at that time.

I would like to experience purchasing a Tesla for btc or eth as long as the price that I'm about to use it is very much profitable and not regretting to exchange those precious cryptos into an electric popular car.

Probably not the best thing to do but it would just be the same if you're really planning to buy a Tesla using your Bitcoin or Ethereum it is just the same with cashing out converting your cryptocurrency on fiat and then buy the Tesla it just wouldn't make any difference at all.

But right now buying Tesla with cryptocurrency is not that great because bitcoin is still the best investment and maybe after 5 years the price value of 1 bitcoin might skyrocket.

Compared that when you put your 1 bitcoin in a Tesla or any car where most of the time a value of a car depreciate, so you could estimate that the value of your Tesla after 5 years was lower and not a good investment.

When I bought my car in 2017 I paid 120k unit, now it worth 350k. Tell me this isn't a good investment. I use my car for more than 3 years and if I want to sell I can triple my money. Geographical differences are important.

If I had a chance then sure, Tesla is probably would be the next level "Apple" at this point where the user will have some sort of pride when using it on public later on. Also, some millionaires regardless they are using crypto or not are having great time with it so why would not I?

1 BTC on this day compared to that day are really different lol. People could lost 1 BTC today because of their mistake and spending 1 BTC is not something that is shocked to look at anymore.

If i have a lot of bitcoin and then why not? You can buy 1 tesla with less than 1 bitcoin. That depends on the financial position of anyone.
I think that you can't argue whether people will be loosing caused by they were using their bitcoin to buy tesla. I think this doesn't make sense.

Wow, I didn't know that it's like that in your country. Because in my country, it's mostly a liability if you're not going to use it for any delivery service.

I may buy a tesla car for bitcoin payments but for that I need bitcoin to perform another 20x rally from its current price levels. Yes, I may not plan up spending any of my bitcoins until it will be valuing more than one million dollar per one bitcoin. I may sound crazy but I am very much sure about bitcoin to be valuing more than one million dollar in next 4 or 5 years.

We are earning for making our life comfortable and safer hence there will be no point of never spending bitcoins to avoid later regret. I am sure I must be enjoying some 1000x returns if bitcoin hits one million dollar value hence there cannot be any chances for regretting after enjoying 1000x returns.

I wouldn't buy a tesla with crypto, but i would buy other cars with crypto, i like 80s and 90s rally cars so i think it would also be investing because some cars are limeted edition and tend to get more expensive like clio williams the lambo of my dreams.
