I won't do it.
There are several reasons including:
  • My country cannot accept crypto as a legal tender.
  • Even though my country accepts crypto as a legal tender, I would prefer to exchange my crypto assets into fiat first. Because I would prefer to hold my crypto asset because I believe the price will continue to soar.

Depends on the condition, Car was second needs and if you live in State, EU or Japan i suppose it's worth to buy Tesla car with Bitcoin and if you need it for work, shopping, etc but if not i supppose it's not.
Yeah right, if it's really needed then it's good to deal with it and use your Bitcoin to buy Tesla car but if not necessity then best to keep your

asset as it is, keep holding for much higher valuation in the long run.

Quote
Better to sell your crypto first and buy some cheap Second card, Cost cheaper and more reliable, Well basically it's depends on your needs & money.
Practical mindset, why buy pricy car if you can get one for your needs, in times like this we have to understand the value of our assets.

Quote
Yes, Long-Term Holding is good and there will be another "Bitcoin Pizza Day" But if you need it then why not?
Indeed! it's always depend from how we really need it if not that important best to stay long and everything will manifest for your favor.

So with the hype around crypto that Elon Musk is creating and with the news about possibility of acquisition of any Tesla car with crypto, comes my question:
Would you buy a Tesla with BTC or ETH? Aren't we going to regret it? In future, will this turn to an event similar to "Bitcoin Pizza Day" where people will be sayin that someone spend a whole BTC or 10 ETH for a car Huh?
That’s up to you, cars are things that depreciates in value, so they are just for cruise and to help us with our daily moving around activities and the rest of them, but when it comes to value you know very well that your car is going to be depreciating in value, but bitcoin is not like that, bitcoin will keep on adding more and more value all the time.

So if you’re going to be buying a Tesla with your bitcoin, nobody is stopping you from doing that as long as that money is yours. If you buy a Tesla today, tomorrow the company is going to produce a new model and your own will drop in value, and you when you want to sell it you are likely to sell that car at half of whatever value it has depreciated to or even less than half of it lol.

What are you talking about mate? If you don't own a car because you can't handle the cost, you have invested in crypto? I don't get any of your point.
I don't know what to make with these people. You don't own a car, and you invested all your money in some shitcoins for what reason?

Go get yourself a car while you can. FFs you are missing all the point there is.

Tesla's payment system still has payment methods such as cash, besides, I think they also have a plan to pay quarterly to those who do not have enough money immediately, crypto is just a complementary payment system in an era where crypto is dominating the market. And if Tesla does not force such a payment method, I still encourage cash, instead of crypto, crypto will have a chance to increase when we hold on to, a car can only reduce its value when we roll the wheel on the road, carefully calculate the depreciation of costs, do not be too blind about the transient values

I will exchange my cryptocurrency with the TESLA car if I feel my return is satisfied. There's nothing wrong with taking profits in crypto investing and sometimes buying something I love gives me energy, inspiration for my next investment.
Enjoy the fruits of your labor boldly. Sometimes that's a good thing. I have seen many times my profits are lost so I support cash out and shopping.

It doesn't matter whether people wanna swap their coin to the tesla or not but is not bitcoin much more valuable compared with tesla car?
The price of bitcoin can go up even higher rather than tesla car which always down anytime.
Hodl the major coin is much more better than try to exchange it for the car that has limited durability. I think that people aware about this dude.

some people will say it like that, but if elon musk esla boss allows bitcoin or ethereum holders to exchange them for Tesla cars then I think many people will do that and will exchange Tesla cars with virtual currencies including bitcoin and ethereum.

Tesla for BTC. Well it depends for people who likes luxury and wouldn't mind giving up their btc or eth for a tesla well they have the liberty to do so. But for those who don't like luxury who are okay with moderate cars then they van hodl their coin. Its all a matter of choice but as for me, i don't think i will.

Elon Musk has already applied this to the purchase of Tesla cars, although not many people have done so, but Elon Musk has agreed that people want to buy Tesla cars using Bitcoin at this time.

This is what we called rewarding yourself from a hardwork you have done and if that is including rewarding yourself of Tesla car using your bitcoin token or ETh then nothing wrong with it.
Nothing wrong with enjorying the fruit of your labor and to be honest working with crypto isn't easy as it seems and also the fact of earning a profit in crypto was not also easy as it seems, there is no easy money in crypto.
Just always keep in mind that you just have it in your extra peofit and not taking all your profit to buy this.

I think you're making a disproportionate comparison. It is impossible for people to compare Tesla with Pizza. But now what fits you to say is the history of the Doge. Which when Doge is cheap, we throw it for nothing. So that when Doge prices are high, many people regret it.
I sent a lot of Doge on the website miner scam, in the past I never regretted what I did, but now I remember what I did in the past, and check the transaction history.

I think Elon Musk is very clever to take advantage of every condition to be able to benefit his company Grin, for me personally maybe it would be better to buy Tesla using fiat currency because after all conditions the value of that currency will certainly remain stable and keep bitcoin as my investment because Indeed, the value of bitcoin is very active and the price is likely to go up too high,  if we buy Tesla now for $ 50k, of course next year the money we have will also be worth $ 50K, but if we buy with bitcoin it is likely that next year's bitcoin will be worth will go up (it could also go down) and this of course will greatly benefit Tesla, after all elon musk once said that if the Bitcoin paid to Tesla will be preserved as Bitcoin, not converted into official currency., so believe it or not elon musk intends to store bitcoin as much as possible in the future.

A Tesla will never worth as much as a BTC. It will always continue to decrease in value, to depreciate. Especially now that 1 BTC value more than an average Tesla.

Your story is very interesting to read, and it's true that Elon Musk plans to collect as much Bitcoin as possible through marketing his own products, which is a very real strategy for Elon Musk that some people don't realize, meaning that Elon Musk likes Bitcoin even though at the moment he is playing with Dogecoin and it is not forever.

I believe we cannot speculate what is going to happen after 10 or 20 years of time but we need to face all basic expenses of our lives' requirements hence spending some bitcoin here and there may not be unavoidable for most of the people here. But when you are spending your bitcoin which are actually planned for long-term holding, you must plan for only spending maximum 5% or 10% at a time.

This way you can take control of what you are going to spend and when you are delaying your bitcoin spending then you might be getting good prices for your bitcoin which will be helping you spending less bitcoin over the time.

Got that same point of view, if I like purchasing that car and I have enough crypto for doing that then why not, I have this asset not jist for investment but also to use satisfying my personal desire.

It's already here and those who wanted to acquire Tesla are now welcome transacting using Bitcoin they've got that feature and it's good in the long erm basis.

Along the road more and more businesses will start adopting and embracing this system, more usages to expect with the law of supply and demand pretty sure that it will also affect the value of this assets.

If this question is in the present, I will answer no.
In this time I choose cryptocurrency for investment because I am sure that the current cryptocurrency price is not final and will grow better in the future.
