Would you buy a Tesla with BTC or ETH? Aren't we going to regret it? In future, will this turn to an event similar to "Bitcoin Pizza Day" where people will be sayin that someone spend a whole BTC or 10 ETH for a car ?

I personally wouldn't use Bitcoin to buy a car or anything like that for the same reason you mentioned it. Bitcoin and Ethereum are perfect assets for accumulating value and if today 1 Bitcoin has a value as much as for 1 car, then in a year it will have 2 or 3 times higher value and the only thing I can do is regret that I gave 1 Bitcoin for Tesla.

My situation is different from yours, i would if the cryptos i own was worth enough, but the reality is that I own less than half the assets of the Model 3.

Depends on what you are aiming to do with your crypto. Money and crypto are so easily interchangeable now, I don't think you need to regret for using crypto at market price. If you are going to cash out it as money and buy a car, you would better directly buy a tesla. Even personally I dream of buying a tesla with my trading profits from crypto.

Not cool in my opinion because Crypto is not only for Tesla, but for all digital currencies that have been born, apart from some countries that have not fully allowed crypto, but crypto will always live for all.

When people say they want to buy a Tesla car with bitcoins or any coin, I feel like laughing at them. These people who are so curious to buy a car with bitcoins can always do so by selling bitcoins and buying Tesla or any car they want. It's not like bitcoin is useless and suddenly you can buy car so you are excited.

If I have the amount of coins required for buying the car I need, I won't wait for them to accept bitcoins, instead, I would just sell them to a P2P seller and use the fiat to buy the car.

After all the hate Elon has spread around crypto in recent times, I wouldn't ever want to buy a car with money that I earned through crypto because as a part of this community, we owe bitcoin more than I love Tesla cars.

So in a way, it would have been more profitable to purchase a Tesla S-class when this post was made. How much depreciation would be there in two months? Maximum 2%? Well, it depends. If I had so much cryptocurrencies at my disposal, then why not? I mean, what better ways would there be to contribute to world wide adoption of cryptocurrencies than to actually use it in buying things that have physical value? And most of all with huge amounts. It seems Musk really miscalculated here, it seems that he thinks that his cars are the way to the future but he does not seem to realize that other companies could make the same cars for a fraction of the cost and people will just choose those cars over the ones his company makes, now this could have been different if he still had the good will of the people of this market in which case we could have supported him as a fellow bitcoin holder, something that it is not going to happen after the extreme FUD he brought to the market.

He messed up big time, I think we have all hear the memes of people wanting to buy a lambo with their bitcoin once they got rich enough, and even if lambos also lose value people were willing to do this because it was a sign that they have finally made it in this market, I thought that Musk was thinking on Teslas replacing lambos as the status symbol that people will use to signal they finally made it in this market but after what he did this is never going to happen as he has gained a bad reputation in this market.

These days, we already know the real value of cryptocurrency as an investment so I don't think it's still a wise decision to purchase anything using it if we already have cash. I would prefer to have and hold it than spend it on luxurious things such as Tesla.
