As you alrey know the Work Quest Platform is run by a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO)
Unlike most job boards that are regulated or in simple terms, run by a central authority, Work Quest is ruled by a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO). The DAO is primarily the nodes or users of the platform that own the Work Quest token (WQT). A set of predefined, enforceable laws or rules written on a smart contract in the form of code is what governs the whole function of the Work Quest DAO. Also Work Quest Platform has a  Reward system for its Users. This is the other thing that makes the Work Quest platform unique from other common job boards you know. That’s right. You’re rewarded for using the Work Quest platform DeFi functionality. The rewards are normally in Work Quest Token (the native token of the platform), and the Work USD (WUSD). This feature not only makes the users motivated to continue using the platform but also shows that Work Quest appreciates the efforts made and the time the users spent on their platform.

Let us just use this means to list the main activities that will be governed by the DAO so you have the full knowledge on how the DAO works..

-Insurance to cover proof of execution of services as agreed upon by the employee and the employer in the smart contract, % of rewards to be sent out to the referee varies as per the governance and reward pool.
-Referral Program: change the amount of the remuneration for inviting new users to register on the Work Quest platform.
-Pension Program: A voluntary option for employees, classified under lending, to earn interest of 3,5-6.5%.
The amount of accrual of interest may change when changing the lending algorithm and interest in the smart contract.
-Savings Product: A voluntary option, classified under lending to earn a profit of 3-5% in a year.
-Depending upon the type of services being availed there will be template of DAOs to resolve disputes between all involved parties in the most amicable manner.
-Rewards for staking tokens or contributing to the liquidity pool on the platform will be governed by the DAO.
-Changes of insurance packages for p2p insurance funds. Proposals to change the logic of insurance funds, and fund management managers (change their remuneration).

Anyone with 100 WQT can vote or delegate their vote.

First of all, we are fully decentralized. That means that we will not do any forks or data replacement if there will be malicious data, we will just mark that this is malicious data.
This is why we will be the first validators of the platform before the full DAO transition. We will see patterns and learn how to detect bad actors. However, we believe that since the majority of employers will look for the workers who passed KYC, the cost of risk playing malicious data game is big for the potential workers since we will ban them forever (We will easily identify them since we will have their KYC profiles). Also do not forget that we will manage the UI, so we can blacklist some users.

Safety is really important nowadays. We have already passed an external audit from Node Factory and will continue to announce various bag bounties and cooperate with many other companies to find possible weaknesses in the code. Major activities in this part will start once we will finish the development of the Work Net blockchain.

Our goal is the global labor market. So we want to create a platform for all types of workers in the labor market. These can be:
Employees (short-term and long-term work), freelance audience, companies for finding qualified personnel, individuals for finding employees, HR companies, students for internships, and part-time jobs. So work Quest is not for just blockchain jobs.

The team have already list the token on Uniswap and the token is already listed on coinmarketcap which is a better means for Uniswap users to notice the token on Uniswap exchange I understand that the token listed on Uniswap are very much which create a room for self marketing for each project or token listed there but as the team have mentioned earlier they are preparing to rollout marketing in different angle once they are done with development so let be patient with them.
