It's better to provide more details about what exactly you need. do you think that transaction should go through your account, or user can create a new acc, buy what you need and give you these goods or send it to your address?
Even if you offering a high reward for this, I don't think that someone will share his card details.

Well, you're an unknown newbie... 20€ beforehand, 280€ afterwards does indeed mean that the person taking your deal doesn't lose money, but it also means that the odds of you dissapearing and not paying the 280€ are great... No offence, but what would be your incentive to pay the 280€?

Maybe using an escrow would increase your chances of finding somebody to make the purchase?

By the way, i assume you want to buy something legal?

Yes it's legal, these are online services, available in play store/App Store.

In this case, he shows me the proof that he has bought well, without giving me the access,
I send half, and the other half when he gave me the access.

I am really not getting the point why are you paying €300 for €20 only. Is there any risk involved with where to use the card and there is a risk of a block card? Why are you not using a virtual card from the market? How if you escrow the funds? Because we can't do anything if you do not send the remaining funds.

For those who want to help OP just be careful. There is something wrong IMO why OP offering a high pay rate only for €20. Just make sure your card and bank account aren't going to fall at risk.

I'll be wary to those who will try to deal with op since this is too good to be true offer and you should OP too since sending first with €20 will be a lost for you if ever someone runs with that.

Escrowing the reward will be fair enough to the one who will deal with you since s/he's risking his/er €20 spending to the thing s/he doesn't want.

I know it is pointless but I've tagged OP negatively because this is a scam. Those who have replied before me have been more polite but I'm fed up with this. I've seen it many times. There are too many reasons. If it's too good to be true, it probably is, he doesn't give any details, etc.

If you would have said you're offering 30-50 euros for this you would have already got a lot of offers but that 280 euros for a harmless purchase just raises red flags. No wonder everyone is starting to get suspicious, and they should do so, in the best case scenario you're just trolling.

That being said I must admit I'm so damn curious what's behind all this.

This sounds like a carding scam... OP gives you $20 in BTC, you send back those $20 on a credit card online purchase and someone steals the card data. That way OP can drain your card while he recovers the money.

There are no more reasons for someone to offer $300 for a $20 transaction. I hope no one falls into this trap.

OP did not mention the site too which means he can give you a site which will basically store your card data and later they will use the data to empty your card. There are many scams like this. So if anyone is thinking to earn 280 €, think twice.

Let's be careful when using our virtual card accounts because just this month I received a notification that I don't remember that I just made a transaction on my mobile app of a local bank because it has a history of purchases using the online payment but it was last year so it's just weird because even on legit and well-known websites it happens, so what about unknown sites and if you still deal with untrusted users.
