Its actually part of the experience and those factors would really help you out as you do go ahead dealing with the market.These things are inevitable actually and you cant really avoid it no matter on what

you do that's why its important to have those self realizations and make yourself improve better as you do go ahead.This isn't something that you could able to rush up because it would

really be developed overtime and stressing yourself too much isn't a good thing but rather you should have at least the time on easing those emotions.

Bitcoin crashing is the best example of making yourself laughing and make others laughing. People who laughed when the Bitcoin buyer buy on 100 dollarr, saying that Bitcoin would break down.  And it will hurt. The same people were laughing even when bitcoin became 20,000 dollars, now that bitcoin will break down.But they don't realize that how much benefit who awaited for the longtime after Bitcoin came down.This is a virtual posture that should be learned after a long wait.  One should not laugh at the breakdown of Bitcoin and to learn on its crashing.

It all started at about 1-4 dollars a coin, oh how I wish I would have bought a couple back then.
Inflation is happening again, what is safe to invest in?
Bitcoin was generally steady and then after 2017-18 it also generally stayed around the same higher range.
For some reason it skyrocketed, then recently the China ban came in effect, it fell, then back up again. Now a bit down again.
This whole 2020-21 era is unique in the history of bitcoin so far. But very exciting.

It is all very well for BTC hodler, but huge BTC dumps/pumps sometimes bring a tear to my eye. For instance, when I make a stupid decision to put buy limit order on all my USDT, it get worked, and in some hours instead of to go up all the market suddenly dumps. Vice versa also happens to me occasionally, I stabilize everything and suddenly the market goes to the moon. Well, to say the truth, that happens a lot with me and in such moments I don’t want to laugh at all, but to cry. Really, I would have been already bankrupt if I had panicked, but I’m just mad at myself for bad TA and lose a lot of time on hodl before the new possibility to trade.

My regular portfolio drops 2% in a week and I'm eating ramen for dinner.  My crypto portfolio can drop more than the value of my house in an hour and I just chuckle.  I don't know why.  I guess I just don't worry so much about my BTC holdings because I know that the government isn't going to stop printing money anytime soon and most likely any dip is temporary.  The macro environment is just too fresh for Bitcoin's dominance to fear.  So long as you aren't trading with leverage, I don't see why you'd care about the price unless you're going to sell.  The lower the better in every other scenario.

it's not easy to accept reality but how else, we can't keep blaming the situation and try to accept it. not every time we get a profit there is a time we can fail or have to wait even longer. It's fine, as long as what we're waiting for can be relied on then it's can making calmer. the crypto market will not continue to down we just need more time to wait for the crypto market to rise again and sell the crypto assets that I have held for quite a long time. I hope it will happen soon.

I certainly have learned to do that. back in the days, I started trading, I would always get in and right after the price would start to go the other way. I had to lose a lot of money to learn how to trade. I've learned that you need to know how to lose to learn how to earn. Rich mindset is indeed needed in this industry because in the first place we aren't here to lose money, we are here to invest and make money which would later on make our lives more comfortable than those regular days we had. Learn to laugh to reduce the stress (if you have) and when the market dips, see it as an opportunity to invest more to make your portfolio big and then hold again.

Bear always in mind that this is a long-term investment requiring long-term commitment.

Newbie usually get panic on the movements happening in the market and the experience traders are just cool to see the current market happenings then buy back once a good spot to enter came. If we summarize the flow of the market we can see that this correction always came so there's really no need to worry on anything but if people are scared and don't know on what action they need to do then one option is atleast they can do and that is to convert on stable coin like usdt to avoid the market volatility.

Now, if we can't help ourselves to accept and deal with it, that certainly be annoying and distracting.

When you are just new into this market then you would easily freak out whenever you do see that prices are really going low but once you had sufficient experience and awareness on this market then those kind of behavior will definitely be gone but not totally because we are just humans where these kind
of actions will really still be present.

Trading or investment with crypto is really very stressing that's why you should know on how to handle up yourself on dealing with various situations.

Annoying indeed. But you need to overcome everything in order to make yourself comfortable whatever the market is bringing to our investment, it's not easy to smile when you see your investment is falling in fiat value.
But if you managed to work it out and see the positive side, the opportunities that being open to add more asset, your trust to this market will give you more potential future profits once the bear been overcome by the bull and bounce back take place.

people panic owed to different reasons but mostly because they are seeing their bitcoin going down its value. just a typical reaction for someone who invested on something, and suddenly seeing the value of his holdings going down. but if you are long enough in this market, you know that this up and down movement is to be expected. but you don't know when it will go up once it has decline its value, this is why some people worry when the price goes down and they need to cash out.

In a way, it is easier said than done especially when you consider investments of other people which amount to millions of $$$ at their disposal.

Imagine, BTC investors who dropped hundreds to millions of dollars on their investment that the slightest increase/decrease on its price would mean a gain or loss amounting to a significant value of money. Though it may be relatively difficult to smile or to laugh at such situation, that would be the best course of action in order to prevent your emotions getting the best of you.

I don't think the Bitcoin price drop is something to worry about, we've seen fluctuations like this so many times that we'll laugh at Bitcoin when the price goes up again. Bitcoin price drop below $50,000 is actually our chance to buy it, the next Bitcoin price target is $100,000 so we have to wait until the target is reached. Until now the price of Bitcoin has gone up again and there will be happy days for Bitcoin holders.
