Hello all!

I want to share my cool experience about holding Bitcoin.

I become busy last year and decided to totally disconnected on crypto market or news to focus on my studies and extra job to earn despite pandemic last December 2021 when Bitcoin is on the early Bullish trend. It's really good to see now that my Bitcoin was already X2 the initial money that I earn on signature campaign here. I never though that Bitcoin price will go this far and I decided to take some profit although the current price is at correction.

Really happy to choose holding rather than convert it fiat by the time I decided to leave crypto.

Its always good hodling for long term rather than short term.. Wherein it actually make a good return after all.. But unfortunately seems a bunch of crypto enthusiast still afraid to HODL because of some doubts of the fluctuation in the market which is a normal scenario in my opinion ever since before.  Indeed the current achievements of bitcoin nowadays is enough proofs that it always to worth hodling..  Congrats to you mate..

Holding of good Coins always return a lot But the condition is that buy at dip then holding is profitable.you are happy for 2x return it is a great.This market has potential to return many xs.

A nice come back on Bitcoin dude although you will have more profit if you came last 2 weeks during Bitcoin peak. Still profit is profit that's why its good take some while the current price trend is uncertain. If I may ask you, do you have altcoins on your wallets? If you have some maybe check it because most of altcoins even shitcoins already reach ATH.

That really depends on how much you are currently hodling, if you have a big amount of bitcoin, you profit big in short-term and get back and do another hodling, but if it is the opposite then you probably have a better result when you go for long-term and plus you can still accumulate along your hodling by buying, be it short-term or long-term.

Many young and inexperienced users sell bitcoin quickly when they see a larger price correction.
Unfortunately, they forget that after each correction, bitcoin comes back and reaches new records.
It's important not to be too emotional when it comes to crypto and to think rationally, based on concrete information and analysis.
For those who are patient and know how to wait, even higher crypto earnings are possible in the future.

From my own experience, I was convinced that Bitcoin hold was probably the most correct strategy from the very beginning. At some point, I chose trading and now I see that my profit would be much greater if I simply hold Bitcoin. But it's better to understand this late than never. Now, if Bitcoin falls further, I will buy and hold, because I believe that in the future BTC will be very expensive.

Yeah, just another thread to proved that bitcoin holding has it's perks.

The price may not be what we wanted to see as we reaches new all time high at more than $60k, but as the OP said, at $50k he is still making money and doing like x2 of his investments so that is good enough for him. And this is another lesson for everyone that being a holding will really yield good returns. So if the prediction this year that the price will hit 6 digits mark, then it will make more money for the OP but literally doing nothing.

Good job OP! I am more or less the same as you. I never bought Bitcoin until a couple of years ago and kept on earning Bitcoin from signature campaigns and other very small jobs online. Every time I charged I even gave big discounts just so I could get paid in crypto, even accepting dogecoin a few times:)

The price is falling, but the demand for bitcoin and crypto is rising again. Whether you want to act on it or not, everyone can decide for themselves. Compared to 2017/2018, we are still a bit away. Is there anything else coming this year?

A quick reminder to everyone here that unless you're actively trading, you literally gain nothing by staring at the charts all day. Instead, focus on learning new skills and/or doing gigs/businesses instead to potentially increase your bitcoin buying power.

Quite a good decision not spending your earned Btc from signature campaigns, especially that you left crypto space for quite some time.
But it's more interesting way to hold more Bitcoin If you could make another side job that'll let you earn more Bitcoin and continue to hold it for at least Btc hits the 6 digit figure.

To be honest, I also made some regrets about your own situation with me.
Most of the Bitcoins I earned online, especially on signature campaigns, are converted to fiat instantly after I received them. But that converted Bitcoin to fiat stuck, and turn to be my emergency funds. So my regret is, I should've hodl Bitcoin rather than converting it in fiat without use.

Welcome. back to the bitcoin community mate, it is nice to see you once again active in this forum.  This only shows that holding for the long term would only be the best way to earn money, I am thinking if I do the same thing as yours because the money that I earned from the campaign is already used on my daily needs and wants and I don't even invest some of it.

You are lucky because the price of the bitcoin last year is not that high as now, you had made a good decision for focusing on your study and your job due to the pandemic and then started again with the crypto community.

So you did not check the bitcoin price for last 4 months ? This is good for you as if you have known that bitcoin has reach 20K or 30K, you would have tempted to sell your coins at those prices. Now you are happy to see your wealth grows only by holding. I would suggest you to not sell now and keep holding for more profits.

Congratulations @OP. If you never sell your payment in bitcoin, you are making a lot of money now as bitcoin is increasing higher than the last year. You can hold your bitcoin furthermore and wait for the next ATH that bitcoin will achieve later. And you can also try to increase your bitcoin amount by doing many things to get a chance to earn more bitcoin.

Holding will be the best thing you can do instead of trading or converting it into fiat money if you don't have any urgent need. I hope you can have your target price to sell bitcoin, or you just want to hold your bitcoin for the long term.

Now is the chance for the others to invest this is just something they need to know regarding the bitcoin price in the market. when the price is declining like what we have seen today, it creates some opportunity for others especially those who wanted to get their hands in the BTC market. that if they still have the courage to invest in BTC after what they've witnessed today. there is no doubt that the will be back again because that how it goes with the BTC market but there is no assurance whether the price will hold in this high or it may fell a few more after this.

and this is what we need to underline, you are happy we are happy too. the holder should always be the winner and you have proven it all. you hold Bitcoin with your busy completing education, so there is no burden whatsoever about the price of bitcoin while you are busy studying.

this is a simple method but good impact for bitcoin holders. keep calm, save your Bitcoin and do outdoor activities so that when you come to the market a million beauties await you.
