No but everyone in the chat on their site says that they arent responding.
I have emailed support at:
support@swcpoker.clubyeah, I saw a post regarding their support not responding on their thread too. since they said what(or might be) the reason was I guess all you can do is wait until the transaction has been confirmed. I am not stopping you to post anything regarding the issue and I know it is frustrating but sometimes patience helps a lot.
The support has just given a response related to the deposit issue as quoted below:
This is an error on the SwC side.
Player deposits will be credited as soon as possible.
Team was quickly building player-selects-fee and set hot wallet to maintenance mode in error, preventing player deposits from crediting.
SwC takes responsibility for it and is fixing it now. Hot wallet will need some time to catch up.
They admit that there is something wrong on their side, probably an issue with their deposit system.
Anyone who experience a deposit problem need to wait till they fix it.
Of course, it is something inconvenience but nothing you all can do except waiting.
