Have been using the app for years, made a deposit for roughly BTC.002 ($100) a few days ago and have not yet seen the deposit post to my account. Not sure if they are scamming or there is an issue with their wallets.

have you contacted their support or their representative here in the forum? checking their ANN thread(✅ SwC Poker ♣️ BITCOIN POKER ♣️ Hold'em✅ PLO✅ Mixed✅ MTT✅ ♣️ BBJ🌟 ♣️ BIG BTC🏆) it seems that you are not the only one who faced the problem. and reading through it seems the quoted post below might be the reason why you haven't got your deposit.

Never have a trouble before but im still wating my withdrawal from 4 days ago.

SwC targets the 50th block for withdrawals and 2 weeks ago the mempool exploded. Some transactions remain unconfirmed.

This is unfair to SWC Poker, you should first address this to SWC poker before posting it in public, you posted that you are not sure if they are scamming you, if you are not then why in a hurry to post this, the only who can settle this issue is their support, only post this when you exert all efforts or you are ignored.

yeah, I saw a post regarding their support not responding on their thread too.  since they said what(or might be) the reason was I guess all you can do is wait until the transaction has been confirmed. I am not stopping you to post anything regarding the issue and I know it is frustrating but sometimes patience helps a lot.

Whether you have confirmed and checked the deposit account number is active or not, this is for your convenience in making a deposit, sometimes there are some gambling sites that don't tell you the account number in exchange, you have to double check on the poker site that you deposit, to confirm accounts.

Or you can contact their Customer Service to ask about your deposit.

I am not stopping you to post anything regarding the issue and I know it is frustrating but sometimes patience helps a lot.

The support has just given a response related to the deposit issue as quoted below:

This is an error on the SwC side.
Player deposits will be credited as soon as possible.
Team was quickly building player-selects-fee and set hot wallet to maintenance mode in error, preventing player deposits from crediting.
SwC takes responsibility for it and is fixing it now. Hot wallet will need some time to catch up.

They admit that there is something wrong on their side, probably an issue with their deposit system.
Anyone who experience a deposit problem need to wait till they fix it.
Of course, it is something inconvenience but nothing you all can do except waiting.
