Advice on the set up

i'm just gonna go with GPU set up actually.
i went ahead and bought a few 3070 GPUs. I'll buy more to have 6 of them.

Along with those,
Intel Xeon L5630 2.13GHz SLBVD 12MB LGA1366 Quad Core Processor MATCHING PAIR
Supermicro X8DTE Dual Socket 1366 E-ATX Motherboard DDR3 SATA2 w/ I/O Shield
 Both are refurbished/used. like $60 for both.
Do you guys think this is the best combo?

Be sure to write how your motherboard will work and how many video cards will be mined at the same time.
In theory, (x1) PCI-E is enough for mining, but how your motherboard will work, I don't know

i am planning to run 6 3070RTX and use Hive OS . can i use PCIe 2.0 slots and PCIe 2.0 slot(4)? i'm guessing 4 means 4 pins

which server psu would be recommended?
all of those items with 6 3070 RTX.
Another question in, can i run Hive os on Supermicro X8DTE?
