From what I am seeing the price of DOGE is now battling ups and downs right now, no longer it is going up continuously but rather it is now dependent on those who buying and are selling the coin. If the sell their doge people would've known, after all such address owned by whales gonna be monitored and even there's a social media account made specifically to alert any movement from that address and once they sell off small portion of their coin the market would be shaken even before the owner could sell all the coins so the current balance they owned x the current price doesn't really reflect what they owned.
