I noticed that BC.Game is still part of the table and I suggest removing it since they are a proven scam site since ages and have been screwing over gamblers selectively just like other scam sites such as 1xbit etc.

There are one or more multiple confirmed scam accusations against them. They are still relatively popular outside this forum though, but they have lost most of their credibility within this forum.

So sad to see such a a casino which used to be so good to become a scam . I think they were sold to some other people.

Yeah, we can always go back to that but I wanted to take you out of the picture so I wouldn't always have to PM you and bother you with the updates. Logpaste seemed like a simpler and automated solution but it seems a thing of the past now.

I am not surprised to be honest. I am sure there are other casinos that I need to update. I wanted to start yesterday, but Logpaste being down gave me a reason to procrastinate further.

For S3 compatible storage I think you can use Backblaze B2 which is very cheap for $6.95 / TB / mo, just to keep the storage you need and your VPS for the system

All I get are Captchas on Tor after I click "Start Free", so I can't see their offer. But I'm not really looking for another (paid) hosting just to keep casino withdrawal fees online

I received an email from my webhost: my server is "scheduled for decommissioning". I'll try to keep the same IP-address, but I'm waiting for them to get back to me on that. This may cause some downtime, I hope not too much.

The new server is ready, if they restore my old IP-address on the new server, nothing else needs to change. I finished moving data yesterday, and took down the old server already. I hope they get to this on Monday.

Just wanted to point out that FJ are proven scammers too thanks to the whole 'PaperWallet' case where he even won in court, but they still haven't paid him a single cent and probably never will since they clearly don't give a damn about it. Their token drama is another big mess.

I advise removing this scam site from your table since they don't care about their reputation within this forum anymore and don't deserve to be a part of this table.

Also, I agree with you. If a casino or bookie is effectively proven to be nothing but a scam against their own users, it is not a good idea to give them free advertising in a thread like this one. It could actually lead to some unaware or uninformed gamblers to visit their website and deposit some money, believing all casinos on this list are legitimate.

Thanks for the heads up. I wasn't aware. I see now that they have an active flag to their name with enough support. It was created by the user PaperWallet that you mentioned. Interestingly, I remember this individual from some past cases but in a negative context. I will take a look at the case and remove FortuneJack if the scam has been proven and the player doesn't receive the money he is owed.

Such a disgusting attitude... A casino is supposed to pay their lucky gamblers with the same ease they accept our deposits.
Also, how come the casino did not obey the ruling of the court?
Legally, the casino could face even bigger problems if they refuse to obey law.

It makes me assume the court in which this case was taken to did not actually have any jurisdiction over the casino, right?

If a casino is established in the UK (for example) and the UK government ruled against them, then they would not have any option but to comply with the ruling.

There's a reason most casinos (and exchanges for that matter) are registered in countries known as tax havens.

FortuneJack acquired a different license. They were licensed in Curacao and later switched to a State of Anjouan license. There were general issues with Cucarao Master Licenses at the time. It also affected other crypto casinos that remained unlicensed for a time or switched jurisdictions because of those issues to something like Anjouan.

I have no idea if FortuneJack ran away because of this court case and judgement, because of the general problems with Curacao licenses, or a combination of the two.

That's expected and it's a normal thing. However, I don't care what the numbers look like for altcoins. Only bitcoin is of interest to me for the purpose of this thread.

The user PaperWallet beat them in court. A First Instance Curacao court passed a judgement ordering FJ and/or their previous license holder to pay the player close to €90k.
