The 'dumps' do come very fast these days.  The life cycle of the pump-dump is remarkably short now.  What?  about 10 minutes I'd say.

Especially as a beginner you have results here.
When the coins are worth more, it is impossible to do for a beginner with a normal laptop / computer.
Or do you have a better idea?

Nice wallet is not an advantage nowdays it's a necessity. Mine doge or something that have value or looking perspective due to the good devs/PR etc.
