Dogecoin has been different kinds of low level names in the past and in the present but the altccoin seem to have woken up to prominence and maybe it could keep sustaining the move as some altccoins like bnb, xrp, Ada, ethereum have done. Hahaha, stop decieving yourself, dogecoin, $20,000 dollars in 5 years Is highly impossible, even Ethereum being the second largest coin and with far lesser coins in circulation is still struggling to cross $3000 dollars, and yet, you are expecting a meme coin to worth $20,000 dollars in five years? It is highly impossible, I mean what do you think the market cap of the entire crypto market will be in five year?, and what do you think the market capitalization of dogecoin will be if it's worth $20,000 dollars per coin,? Those invested in doge are very happy with the current price. We can get to $5 in five years and everyone will be happier. Everyone should be excited that it reached current price level rather than hoping what will happen in five years timeframe. We honestly don't know but being reasonable helps.

At this point, almost anything could happen in 5 years. 20k doesn't seem plausible but dogecoin might as well be worth lot more. Like $200 in 5 years, and there's going to be a bear market before that where dogecoin will take a hard dive, that's for sure. But when something does have basically only meme value without any delevopement or any other originality then doge brand, why would it hit 20k?

No, this is one of the things that are never going to happen, dogecoin has an infinite supply and this means that its price is always going to be on the low side as more and more coins are created, also even a 200 dollar prediction which is way lower than what the OP states is also completely impossible, this will require 500x growth and for almost half of the economy of the world to move on dogecoin and something like this is simply impossible.

remember mate !, a coin has its own demand and supply, why can bitcoin price be overpriced above $ 50k now? yes because the supply of bitcoin is very little and the demand is increasing, that is what makes the price expensive, but Doge has so much supply, well 100x more than bitcoin, so don't expect a lot of Doge's price to touch $ 20k in the future !.

That's a pretty bold claim from OP because a price of $20k per doge would put it at trillions of dollars in marketcap if not quadrillion. I get the fact that DOGE is pumping almost everyday and everyone is in a state euphoria since they are making money from it but I won't take that $20k price speculation/prediction too seriously. Even though weird things happen in crypto (like seeing a shitcoin do a 10-100x), that price for doge is very, very far fetched. We haven't even seen any major doge holder sell their bags or how ut would fare when the market direction changes. Its not completely ruled out but still looks very much unlikely. We'd have to wait and see.

The problem with doge is the uncapped total supply, if doge really could reach that much price, it could easily become the biggest market cap in the world, the problem is, such market gonna be unsustainable, just imagine big company like apple which has huge market cap but instead of earning revenue from its product it's generating none, that's what doge gonna be if the price reach that high meanwhile the total supply keeps on increasing like there's no tomorrow and people gonna dump altogether. just tell the dev to hardfork this coin into capping the total supply before even thinking of making the price go past $1000 it's just plain impossible.

I don't know if I am still right with what is happening in this market, since we have enough awareness of this field I think one time this market can also have a similar position. Agree, whales are standing at the top of the dogecoin and looking downward, they are waiting for the demand of weak and ignorant players to increase, their ultimate goal is just to get rid of such a large number of investors and take the wealth of these fools. For me it is really hard to see Dogecoin at 20k in 5 years, that is why dogecoin doesn't deserve it and this projects has been created for joking, that means it has not any purpose. It has purpose before like it is used by many traders for transfer purposes or in gambling sites. However, lately, it seems the fees are getting high as compared to other known alts like LTC or TRX. So it is not economical to use doge anymore in the transfer purposes use case. So if this will rely only on Elon Musk, this will not be a sustainable approach and it can go sideways anytime if in case Musk decided not to support this coin anymore.
