Totally and absolutely impossible for dogecoin to attain such price, no matter what Elon musk do, dogecoin cannot get to $200 per coin in five years time, its not certain for either bnb or eth to reach $20,000 not to talk about dogecoin, despite the whole huge billion supply, in my opinion I think $2 is possible in such time frame but $20k per unit??? It ain't possible

$2 still possible if elon musk shilling again this coins and atleast there must something developt from this project. New developer team must activate and create utility in cryptocurrency ecosystem. Doge has huge community that will always support this coin , and most of them holder for many years .

I don't want to say totally and absolutely possible, but I would be ready to bet everything on it not attaining that price in 5 years. Yes, as OP points out, Bitcoin did it but these two are absolutely different crypto animals. One has so much more foundational strength than the other and DOGE would have to change its complete philosophy if it wants to even stand on the same platform.

Unless the team behind it really cuts the circulation and burning a total supply, it is never going to happen. With that insane total turnover, everyone will be quick-rich for a moment, in that case, yes for a few seconds price can be pumped to $10 or max $100 but the insane price predictions look impossible. The highly speculative altcoins are the financial tool for pump-dump and make short-term money for people like Elon Musk and other influencers at this point.

With respect to the total supply, it is far more likely for bitcoin to reach a value of one million dollars than for dogecoin to reach even close to $20,000. The current supply of dogecoins is 130 billion, compared to 18 million bitcoins. Therefore, it would mean a market cap of 2,6 quadrillion for DOGE vs. 18 trillion for BTC (if my math is right).

Yes, it is something a daydream. Dogecoin is still a memecoin, but with the influence of Elon Musk it has been making more growth over the last few months. We can think of dogecoin reaching $10-$100, but $20k is something big to happen in $5 years of time. Even $10-$100 is something big to reach considering the volume of supply.

Holding for the next few years of time will surely get good profit, but the same isn't gonna make you a billionaire in the next five years.

I would not even think about or hope to see dogecoin to be worth $10 each for the next 5 years. I'm not a hater of dogecoin or Elon Musk, but I have no feelings at all about dogecoin and I think it is still hard to see doge jump to $1 in the next few years. currently the price of dogecoin is $0.192240 and when it reaches ATH $0.731578 - May 08, 2021 and it looks like dogecoin is unable to survive the bitcoin correction. so no more surprises will happen with dogecoin, currently -73.7% drop since the last ATH and higher than any other coin. If you say maybe $3 is achievable in 5 years, that's obviously a surprise too.

Maybe it can happen but not for 5 years, it could be another 50 years until I have grandchildren if I have a long life. although doge seems to have run out of energy to fly again but because the crypto world is very volatile so I believe anything can happen in the future.

I am just trying to get my head around it, you mean $20,000 for one (1) Doge coin or your bag worth reaching $20,000. Although it is good to speculate and most times with good data history, but this one in particular looks like exaggeration. Let's be real, the reason for Doge coin value is because of the attention channelled to it from a prominent person, now what if that attention is threatened or no longer there, is there any use case that will make it to keep growing? We should know that many coins which are below first 10 on coinmarketcap where once within the range of top 10 coins on coinmarketcap, that shows that, the more the crypto space grows, the more stronger projects pushes some down the rank, but only those that can offer something good will keep maintaining a good position. Dogecoin has been different kinds of low level names in the past and in the present but the altccoin seem to have woken up to prominence and maybe it could keep sustaining the move as some altccoins like bnb, xrp, Ada, ethereum have done. Have an idea on how marketcaps work, max,,/circulating supply, block rewards??  There is no situation in which dogecoin could get to a thousand dollars let alone 20k.  It's parameters aren't comparable to bitcoin.  I think ypu need to go back and start at the very beginning of your crypto education and start over because whatever you did to get to starting this thread didn't work.
