this is a lot for a meme coin, even if Elon Musk tweets about his love for this coin every day, I'm not sure if such a price is real, unless DOGE developers come up with something innovative for a coin that will blow up the crypto market.

It was only a temporary manipulation of Dogecoin, because what I saw was the price of Dogecoin was only briefly at a high price, after that it immediately plunged back slowly until now, so this looks like something that was deliberately made by some people.

Dogecoin has been different kinds of low level names in the past and in the present but the altccoin seem to have woken up to prominence and maybe it could keep sustaining the move as some altccoins like bnb, xrp, Ada, ethereum have done. Despite the name calling, the growth of dogecoin has really gone pass many so called promising coins and it is now at the 7th spot in crypto ranking.

Exactly. $20k is just a ridiculous prediction, considering that there are billions of coins in circulation. What makes you think a cryptocurrency with built-in inflation will reach such insane prices? I wouldn't even count on DOGE going close to $1, especially when it's a "meme" coin. I'd suggest the OP to read more about what Dogecoin is all about before making such wild predictions.

Instead of focusing on DOGE's future price, why don't we focus on other cryptocurrencies with a finite supply? It's probable Ethereum will reach $20k within 5 years from now, while DOGE slowly fades away into oblivion. Of course, all of this is speculation. Crypto is about utility anyways, so price per coin is the least reason to worry about. Just my thoughts

I would not rely much on Elon Musk when speaking about future dogecoin pump. Last time he mentioned dogecoin in his tweet was January 14 and the market reacted with 12% growth (later it felt back to where it was). That is just 3 cents. The price did not double, like it used to. I can not even imagine how many times more he need to tweet about dogecoin, for it to reach $1. Elon is not a parrot. He can not tweet dogecoin-dogecoin-dogecoin all the time. I think his influence on cryptocurrency market became weaker.

Don't you think that amount is too much? Predicting $5K is somehow big for me and if that tend to happen, then btc will be around $300k and Ethereum will be around $80K. The market will determine this not ourselves speculating the price of different tokens and coins. There is no doubt that if the drops in prices continue for several weeks, both DOGE and SHIBA will fall from the top100 for sure.

If we will not see any progress in terms of development for doge or shib, I don't think they can sustain their current price. But maybe, high probability that doge will still exist after 5 years, but the price, this one is hard to determine. And with regards to shib, its existence is questionable and more than likely, it will be abandoned in that time period. Once the team got tired of creating hype or spreading fud, they will slowly disappear in the limelight. They don't even bother to update their thread in the forum. So I don't know exactly their true intentions here, but in my opinion, shib can easily disappear in this market as compared to doge.

Shiba Inu is a bad meme token but for Dogecoin it is a slightly different meme coin and has also been in the crypto space for a very long time so it can stay in a good position and I personally have never seen Dogecoin in the top 100 except for the top 5 in the past, because this Dogecoin already has little trust from the big investors in the past and also in the present

It's an insane prediction if you ask me. But knowing that crypto behaves in strange and bizarre ways, anything's possible. The only way DOGE would reach such a high price is if Bitcoin is valued at millions of dollars per coin and/or Fiat's inflation keeps rising non-stop. Otherwise, I don't see it reaching more than $0.50 anytime soon. I'd focus more on cryptocurrencies with real use cases like Bitcoin and Ethereum than Dogecoin itself. The latter is a "meme" coin subject to speculation and hype. It can either go all the way up or down the drain in an instant. With BTC and ETH, the risk of loss is lower. They provide real use cases in the mainstream world, so my guess is that they'll last longer than Dogecoin itself. Prices for both BTC and ETH will surely go higher over time as more people notice their true benefits. Who knows what'll be of Dogecoin 5 years from now? Just my thoughts
