I Predict $20,000 for dogecoin in 5years time

Dogecoin has been different kinds of low level names in the past and in the present but the altccoin seem to have woken up to prominence and maybe it could keep sustaining the move as some altccoins like bnb, xrp, Ada, ethereum have done. Despite the name calling, the growth of dogecoin has really gone pass many so called promising coins and it is now at the 7th spot in crypto ranking.

Therefore, maybe dogecoin can get to $20,000 and above in 5 years time   just like this user predicted the price of bitcoin in the beginning

Don't you think that amount is too much? Predicting $5K is somehow big for me and if that tend to happen, then btc will be around $300k and Ethereum will be around $80K. The market will determine this not ourselves speculating the price of different tokens and coins. Let's keep watching what the market has for us and I'm very sure that things are going to get better.

I bet he did not but maybe he have previous predictions for dogecoin before that is higher than 20k like 50k and 100k but then he thinks its too much already so he reduces it to 20k. Why is that every time we predict that dogecoin will pump, the btc and eth will pump first? Isn't it possible that people will directly invest on doge coin without going on btc and eth?

And there maybe be people that will sell their major coins only to invest on doge coin because you know it needs a lot of money to be able to pump such huge supply coin, after all the possibility is still low because what will they get after it? I think not really happening again for second chance with Dogecoin reach to higher price depend with not any investor believe with Elon Musk as advertiser of Dogecoin, last night he made tweet about advertising with  Dogecoin just reach only 0.15$ without few minutes before Dogecoin back dump again to lower price. It's better as a currency for small transfers, or as a short-term investment than anything else. I think the OP was just kidding when he said DOGE would reach $20k in 5 years time. After all, DOGE is a "meme" coin. Developers only created it as a joke, not something you would use seriously like Bitcoin or Ethereum.

If you really want a reliable, store of value, then I'd suggest you to look elsewhere. Bitcoin is and will always be the best cryptocurrency in the world because of its built-in deflationary mechanism. Dogecoin and the rest of the other altcoins on the market could simply fade away into oblivion, as they're just mere copies of the original project. You compare someone who predicted bitcoin will be $50k. Obviously, it is bitcoin with good fundamentals, and not a shitcoin.

It might just go more than $1 this 2024 after BTC halves. Altcoin season always makes everyone richer than the last year. The only problem however is the inflation that affects the purchasing power of the $.

My guess is that even if bitcoin hits $1m we are unlikely to see such a high value of dogecoin.
The fact that OP has speculated and compared thinking bitcoin and dogecoin is something very different, we can't imagine all the changes in the future, and I think the time here is quite limited to prove it. witness such a dramatic movement of the entire cryptocurrency market.

Nothing is impossible in cryptocurrency. Anything can happen in a moment.  But I don't go with the predictions you made. After five years maybe a good position can be formed but if it will be $20000 I can't say for sure. But Dogecoin will definitely make a good position if Elon Marx can make a good announcement. But you can invest and wait for a long time.

People often get too excited with "meme" coins without truly understanding how they work or what their purpose is in the real world. $20k is an insane prediction for a hyoerinflated coin such as DOGE. It could go as high as $1 because of global inflation and subsequent bull markets. But that's it.

If developers or the community wants DOGE to reach such high prices, they would start burning the supply right away. I don't think they'll do it, especially when they've stated many times that "Dogecoin is a joke". Just because Elon Musk "pumped" this coin back in 2021, doesn't mean it's worth the investment. Crypto land is widely unpredictable these days, so expect the unexpected. Just my thoughts

I believe that in order to predict Dogecoin coins, you need to decorate with some information to make the forecast for five years or more more correct. I think the price won't be too high. Looking to the future, I think the price of Dogecoin will go up to a maximum of $5 and no more.
