Hi! I am a bitcoin newbie willing to pay to be guided through the whole process of buying bitcoin and converting it to monero. I have a lot of questions. I need to be literally told all the steps, and all the pitfalls to avoid. The only thing I also ask for is that you are an experienced and very knowledgeable person about both buying bitcoin, and converting it to monero. Very good knowledge about monero is also needed. Thanks.

It may be better not to rush things, and take a wee amount of time to try to learn these things on your own first, or asking whatever you need to know here, on Bitcointalk. What you must be wary of though is clearly stating that you are willing to pay for the said tasks, and undertaking it on a one-on-one private basis. The warning is that, unfortunately, there are scammers around who would thrive at the opportunity to take a Newbie on a road trip through some virtual back roads, and rip them off. Rule number one: faceless is shameless, and you need to be alert at all times, especially if you don’t know much on the matter, and are willing to let someone guide you privately. If you keep things open on the forum, other will chip-in, reducing the chances of being scammed in private. It’s unfortunate, but you need to be on alert.

Did you try watching tutorials in youtube? Indeed there's a lot of influencer of cyrpto currency around the internet and yes some has tutorial in youtube that's why i ask about it first.. Wherein "how to convert how to send into exchanges using different coins and etc., It so simple actually, and if i were on your situation.. Probably i will preferred to watch some video from knowledgeable enthusiast in the internet rather than paying for someone who can teach me, Because through in it i can obtain knowledge quickly and i can play every video that for me it can help me to understand how crypto really work.. Like again and again until i get what the real purpose/meaning of the video. And the best thing is its free..

You're probably just better off telling us what exchanges are available for the country you're in, and if you're fine with AML/KYC or not (so we can recommend the appropriate exchanges/platforms). You don't really need to pay a dime to anyone for this; unless you're some 70 year old that literally needs a guiding hand to everything.

You don't have to pay just to guide you with a step by step process. You can keep on track by asking and posting here from step 1 to step 2 and so on. Now start with this quote below. You're probably just better off telling us what exchanges are available for the country you're in, and if you're fine with AML/KYC or not (so we can recommend the appropriate exchanges/platforms).
Because there were exchanges that have removed Monero because of local government rules.

I agree with what the seniors have said regarding giving advice to you, it is true that you must first learn the ins and outs of Bitcoin, there is nothing wrong with cultivating knowledge and it will be useful for you in the future. and you can also search for references to readings, articles, journals and others on the internet, both on youtube, google and the like.
Then you also try to find exchanges that you can access based on where you live. So, build your love of cryptocurrency first. like I did when I first got to know Bitcoin. because in the future you will manage finances based on your interests and comfort. not based on the Hype or Fomo that you find from the ad advertisement.

at the beginning of its introduction bitcoin was less popular due to fluctuating prices, however, nowadays there are many people who like trading this bitcoin, in my opinion there are several ways to get bitcoin for beginners to be successful in the era of the Covid 19 pandemic, how to get bitcoin for beginners is by mining bitcoin, but this method has drawbacks, it is not done individually, you have to do it with users simultaneously, even though its use is very flexible, furthermore with bitcoin affiliates, bitcoin affiliates are a link to promote something, the next way with airdrop, this method is a trading strategy for a company to provide free cryptocurrency without any specific terms and conditions ...

Monero is a renowned privacy coin. Hopefully you are not intending to do anything illegal. You know, it is much better to pay your taxes and sleep peacefully at night. Money is not worth your integrity and peace of mind I assure you.
On the other hand you might just be a more private person who does not want to leave tracks - because you deal with sensitive matters. The purpose of this message is not to judge you, not at all...but to warn you that if you're doing it to hide imoral activities - it is probably not worth the toll your mental environment will take.

Millions of article available for free on the internet about buying and selling bitcoins and cryptos in general so its very simple which can learn by yourself, don't give access of your cryptos to anyone because it is not possible for you to get back the access unless the user itself willing to send you ack the money. And the interesting thing is Monero which can be even tricky for an average crypto person but it can be still learned.

I believe it will be better for you to take your time and learn on your own, then when you reach the technical aspects you can then hire the service of an expert. Just keep reading through the forum am sure you will find most of the information you need to increase your knowledge.

I can only imagine how desperate and what a numb you are in crypto affairs to have come up with this sort of post. It's the first of its nature that I've seen in my few years of experience in this place and a very daring one at that. Its a good thing your pouring out your troubles for a tutor to mentor you all the way through but in the crypto field, a vulnerable person is a potential scammers victim and as it is, you just opened yourself to both scammers and actual helpers. Now, you've got another task which is, to determine who is legit and who isn't. This is the most difficult of all. Trust me, it would have been easier and best you just seek aid and get it than offering money for aids of this nature. Some might offer it charge free as it should be to gain your trust where as, they are targeting something different and worst, which is your privacy details. Exposing yourself as a numb with money is a bad idea. My advice, everything about the aid you seek could be found on YouTube. You can try googling it and solve your problems. Be careful.

It's much easier if you ask some specific questions instead. If I had to tell my story and what you should avoid or what you shouldn't, I'd probably have to write book-long posts - and I think anyone here who has at least a few years of experience with BTC and/or alts could confirm this. My very general tips: avoid KYC, be careful with taxes since some countries have very annoying and strict crypto tax requirements, keep your coins in a personal non-custodial wallet (check out NotYourKeys.org for more important info on this) and try to generally avoid anything that seems too good to be true because 99% of the time it really is. Also, since you're new, I highly recommend to stick on to BTC first before even contemplating investing in alts. Read, read, read. Helps a lot.

Believe me, you are not alone. A lot of people are coming to the market now. Even in my small town, training courses on blockchain and trading bitcoin and alternative cryptocurrencies are already opening. The hype created by the rise in prices - like a few years ago, attracted thousands of new investors to the market. Therefore, training and information that will help them not to make mistakes has become so relevant. It's better to understand the theory first, and only then spend your money.

Hey, trust yourself. You need to be too techy or knowledgeable to learn the process. Believed me, it's basic as long as you know how to read and follow instructions. Let's see, I think the most convenient way is to use your local exchange to buy bitcoin as no doubt, I'm sure it has direct access to your payment systems available in your country. To start with, where you from?

To be sincere to you, you don't have to pay anything for guidance and counseling of this Noble institution, really I have to tell you the little things you have to do before looking for someone you will pay for directions, actually the community is made up of knowledge if you follow precaution and observation, because with the post of different people you can encourage yourself without any payment, looking for guidelines click on beginners and help board for further studies of the bitcointalk system.

Hence why we're here to give OP recommendations based on availability on his/her country. I'm guessing the exchange recommendation would most likely end up being Binance through.

Many gates for you to enter the cryptocurrency market: bank transfer, different types of cards (debit, credit, etc). You can use them to buy Bitcoin and use Bitcoin to buy Monero. You can buy Monero directly on some exchanges too. In my opinion, best option is buy Tether USD (if you can not buy Monero dirrectly) and move it on TRC20 chain to your exchange account. Use your USDT to buy Monero. Last but most important, move your Monero coin to your wallet, please don't store it on any exchange if you don't trade your Monero. It is a privacy coin and the most favorite target to attack, shutdown by governments. And not your keys, not your coins. Download Monero wallet and verify it: https://www.getmonero.org/downloads/Verify
You are strongly advised to verify the hashes of the archive you downloaded. This will confirm that the files you downloaded perfectly match the files uploaded by the Monero development workgroup. Please don't underestimate this step, a corrupted archive could result in lost funds. Always verify your downloads!

As a couple of people have already said, it's better to ask your questions publicly. You never know who can and can't be trusted, and I'm sure a lot of people are going to be more than eager to guide you. If you're scared of being questioned about how much privacy you need, you can rest assured that most sensible members here won't stick their noses into your business -- privacy is a right and this forum upholds that.
That being said, what you need can be as simple as signing up for an exchange that supports Bitcoin/Monero pairs, but gets more complicated (but not complicated enough that you need to pay for guidance) depending on how anonymous you want to be.
