If you mean altcoins being cryptocurrency, then there is no better time than now. The news about governments using Bitcoin I think will legitimize the altcoins as well particularly ETH and others. While more altcoins, for now, are cheaper than $0.10, it's best to grab some even for worth $50 to at least secure which one will go high whenever everything goes to the moon.

Nothing is better when you buy coin at a low prices especially if you've study with it very well. Probably now is the right time to buy crypto currency since the price drops. The correct answer is the second point of your answers. In other words, the best time to buy a crypto is a bear market. In our case, the best time was the end of 2018. Or March 2020 for some violas. I agree with point number 5 you said. but at point number 2 I have a little comment where we don't know when the coin will be high in price, where when the coin goes down we buy we don't know for sure whether the coin continues to decline or will return high in price. What is certain is that in every trade there will be risk and the luck factor is also influential in my opinion.
