I believe that someone who also spends a lot of time on the internet doing important/useful good work without enough physical activity can't be considered lazy. Useful good works = works that solve important problems or work that are useful or potentially useful to people/society.

If you could discuss a problem and get people to provide useful/safe solutions to the problem, and you get a scoring system to score participants based on list of good rules/standards that must be followed...
