what do you think about Torra Bounty manager?

lets talk about a manager i have been following for away now.

He is Torra!

i have came to understand that since 2017 Torra https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1115649 has been managing some pretty good project. this led me to be active in most his campaign, the last campaign by him was pretty good and rewarding. presently he just finished another huge project that is currently on CMC which is Unitedcrowd https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/unitedcrowd/. yet to pay hunters but i surely believes he will pay.
lot people have managed bounties but couldn't be able to pay their hunters most of them gives complained and excuse about distributions or cases from CEO, Team. etc.

who knows the biggest coming by him. keep fulling his project and support him as well, we have a very good manager here.  

What do you think about him?

Personally, I have not participated in any of his campaigns.  But I observed that, Irfan is an excellent bounty campaign manager, I understand that it's all about service, manager/participant works but each role has responsibility.  Irfan can fight with his convoy and his friendliness.  So many people love him!  Royse777 or Hhampuz are great too!

I have quiet followed him as well, the manager tried to managed lot of successful project which made his last campaign pulled lot of crowd to participated.

A good campaign manager would always attract hunters to participate again and again, hopefully he could be more active in seeking new clients and at least bring several successful campaigns before the end of the year, just my 2 cents.

Sounds great, though sometimes good marketing strategies really matters in mostly. There is other thing i have recently noticed about hunters, if they join your project and it succeed probably get to the exchange in your next campaign it will be flooded by participants. have you witnessed this before?

If the bounty manager is honest, he will not agree to help the suspicious project. Sometimes, unfortunately, the project is so good prepared that it cannot be checked. However, if the bounty manager is good at doing research, most of projects he help, should end up with listing on exchange. It is obvious that bounty hunters will much more prefer to join campaigns launched by manager who chooses good projects. However, we must remember that it does not depend on the bounty manager. It often depends on the market situation or even luck itself.

Now, what really matters is that, bounty managers may not know about the project to be scam or not but what happened is that during their negotiation most project owner may decide to pay but along the line if the manager is sensitive enough to detect about their plans then who would have to notify his community not to work and stop. Just as doing more research about the project is some worth valuable.

I wrote exactly the same. If the bounty manager is good at doing research, most of the projects he promote should end up with listing on exchange. However, there is no way that any bounty manager can be sure that this will happen with every project.
The fact that the bear market will start, the project will not raise money, because it cannot attract investors, or it was simply a well-planned scm does not depend on the bounty manager.

the popular campaign manager always have lot participants, so this will also pull more participants to enroll on his campaign.

Torra is a very good and professional campaign manager. His last campaign United crowd successfully pay hunters about one week back. Today he launch a new campaign Crypto Stake. I am very hopeful for this project.

As far as Im concerned, Team Project is pay token , Not bounty manager . He hasn't paid for Bounty Hunter may be because team Project have problem . I recently participated in the Brussh.Money campaign managed by Cryptobainboss. The campaign has stopped suddenly and we still haven't received token.I know that team Brush unpaid for Cryptobrainboss . So he didn't finish paid token for hunters and we are waiting for him . He is a good manager I believe him.

Just like Cryptobrainboss, Torra can't do anything unless it pays rewards out of its own pocket. If the bounty pool is several or even tens of thousands of dollars, no bounty manager will be able to cover such costs. We have to understand that it is not up to the manager what will happen to the project in the future or even whether the dev team will pay hunters their rewards.

Before bounty starts, the manager has to prepare bounty thread, rules, banners, spreadsheets, and help in preparing the budget and strategy. If a manager receives a payment before the campaign starts, it is paid for what I wrote.

When it comes to doing research, it is done by every professional manager. However, it is not always possible to spot a scam right away. Recently, the scams are getting better prepared and even until the moment they disappear, no one is able to recognize it.

I saw before that the Torra manager launched a "crypto stake" bounty but in the end $crypto$ has managed to uncover fraud attempts by plagiarizing the project and of course if it is like this there are indications of fraud because the project does not have a unique idea like other projects.
So it's clear he didn't do more research on the project, the manager should have checked everything before the bounty was launched so that hunters could avoid being scammed by the project, meaning it wouldn't be paid at a later date.

But for him the project has been stopped by the manager and until now it has not been resumed, maybe because the team is not happy with the accusations.

Good thing that there are still good bounty managers nowadays since its a long time that i had turned back into bounty hunting and those days or years i do only know a few but doesnt mean that
each project that they do handle out do succeed and pay up hunters there are still projects turns out to be a scam but good thing that those good managers are the ones who do really
keep on making out updates on what are the things that he had done to let know the team on what they had owe or they would need to pay up.
Dont have any experience with new managers today but if you do saw that most projects that he handles out do succeed then better to stick with him.

Nothing much about the bounty manager unlike other manager out there, currently his campaign is at pending and have not updated the community about the sudden decision to pend the project, project being successful doesn't really depend on the manager though most campaign manager like Hhampuz have influence over and is another good advantage to the project to well recognized in the forum than Torra.

Torra is an extraordinary campaign manager. What I like best about him is that he doesn't take many campaigns at once. He updated the spreadsheet very quickly. His latest campaign Crypto Stakes was paused. But the good news is that it was resumed again yesterday. I hope this will be as successful as the United crowd.
