He is now seen as part of his very own family and toted as the president's newly adopted son (well he wish he had ).

I understood everything about Musk from the moment he first appeared in public with Trump. Even an idiot can understand what benefits the billionaire was pursuing. In his place, I would have also rooted for the elderly grandfather who instantly made me tens of billions of dollars richer. I wouldn’t be surprised if Elon takes a high-ranking position in the government. I read about this somewhere. Trump promised him something, if I’m not mistaken. Do you have any information on this? Elon is a smart man and dor what ever supports he would given trump is for a benefit because for every support their is an actual benefit, it is clear so there is a clear meaning for the support and  it is true that Elon might be given a political appointment and my reasoning was that will Elon accept anything political because he looks like who is focused on his project space x that is one of his biggest projects and Elon wants to take over everything starting from the internet downward and the only thing Elon is not really into is agriculture, he as already taking over transportation sector with is Tesla Motors and the one that surprises me the most is why on earth will

I would say he is a smart bugler who is used to touch others for something new. All innovations related to Paypal, Tesla, Space X ^{you name it}  have been bought by him ^DYOR for the miserable price  from the true inventors  ^{in fact he has robbed them}.  I don't believe in his do-goodery relevant to crypto, ^{Musk dubbed First Lady}    is for money rather than for anything else.

Elon Musk is an intelligent man. Even though many have criticized some of his moves in the past, majority of his moves are net positive anyway. Even though he is in crypto to help his company, that's fine. Everyone have their motivations for joining the crypto bandwagon. As long as those intentions are genuine, looks good to me.

Doge will do well in the near future. Naming that department as DOGE will be a huge capitalist for DOGE upward price action once his office goes into full effect with the Donald Trump's new administration.

Tesla might crash along with Nissan. Nissan is crashing because of poor sales of EV's that it stuck with way to long. Tesla has other things backing it that may save it, but will at least make it last longer. Musk's ideas in favor of Crypto are there for him to make money until he can sell Tesla or turn it into something else.

A piece in the Financial Times the other day quotes a source within the company who says "we have 12 or 14 months to survive." Nissan recently announced plans to lay off just shy of 7 percent of its global workforce – some 9,000 people – and that it will cut production capacity by 20 percent. Tesla also makes money via the stock market. People buy Tesla stock because the regulatory apparat is effectively forcing (via the regulations) the production of  its devices, which stock buyers assume will lead to people buying them. And up to now, this grift has worked – for Tesla – because there were enough people willing to buy its devices. But that pool is drying up fast – because here are only so many people who can afford a $50k device – and so Tesla is now headed down the same road as Nissan.

Even though he named the whole depo in its name, I don't see this idea pushed into X at the end.

If they don't give him a go ahead, he doesn't have choice than to wait especially how sneaky some countries are and advantageous with him been a wealthy person. In addition, I'm not sure if there is going to be Bitcoin, there might be other cross payment but if people are willing to undergo KYC, then Bitcoin will be allowed and it has to be fully custodial under X watch.

Elon Musk has been doing this for a long time now promoting different memecoins to increase their awareness so that investors can take the opportunity to invest in such project at the early stage. Buy it was quite surprising when he changed his profile picture and name to this memecoin which made many people to ask if he is the owner of the project or not. This was absolutely a big surprise and many investors quickly buy the token to hold which made the price to skyrocket quickly. I have seen him promoting other memecoins too but this current one was very surprising to the extend of changing his profile name and picture.

Doubt they will allow any memecoins such as Doge or Shib Inu to be part of the x payments if they want it to be taken seriously in being next venmo for instance.
The only ones that I can think of that has a tested and solid infrastructure to do those kind of numbers and at lightning speed is Ripple and Stellar Lumens.

I'm afraid the OP is right. Elon Musk is only in crypto just for attention to boost his companies (and wealth). Not because he believes in it. It won't be long before the Dogecoin hype ends. Market prices for DOGE will surely retrace to their original levels. As for Bitcoin, it will do fine with or without Musk's support. Prices will continue to rise way beyond $1m. I'd suggest you only buy and "hodl" Bitcoin for complete peace of mind. You'll thank me later.

Turned out to be that kind of deceiving thing and this is why its always be that recommended that you shouldnt be trusting up these personalities or known people whenever they do tend to recommend or hyped up something because on the time that you are following and invest or buy directly whenever they do tend to hype up. There are tons of rumors about DOGE to be used on this new payment on which this is the main thing that most people will really be that expecting but now that they've made out some announcement about xpayment then this is indeed not that different with these typical traditional payments and since there's no talk about DOGE then expect that it will be having that kind of disappointment.

The thing on here is that since this is still yet to be announced about the full features and other information then we dont really know if they have chosen not to make up that mentioning about DOGE or whatever crypto that they will really be that including on which this will really be that making up that kind of possible surprises if ever and its still giving out some hope into those who had invested at the time that Elon hyped up about Doge.
