I've used Myrig for few Ant R4 repairs without issues.

But you can find a service in Europe via www.zeusbtc.com

As I posted in mikeywith's thread pinned to the top of the mining support board.  I have used MyRig in the past to repair a couple of R4's. I recently (about 2 weeks ago) sent them an S17 for repair.  I will update that thread with the results.

Hi Smiley

Something new?

Check the pinned thread regarding Asic miner repair services, I have updated the list and added Myrig to the list after they have been vouched for by a few members, of course, I am not responsible for any loss you may encounter, I am trying to maintain a list of services for the community to use and I do my best to list only the trusted services, but you should deal with everybody mentioned there at your own risk.

I'd have doubts about trusting them any more.
I know Yoshi Goto used to run it, but have no idea who does now.

Someone on my pool bought a miner from them recently.
It came with firmware that took a 2% fee - but the guy who bought it never knew about it.

They repaired my S17. Fully functional now. It is running at my DC.
It still has the stock Bitmain firmware
I don't know who is running the place, they never signed their emails with a name

Kano, we appreciate your comment.

Some ASIC miners, indeed, have third-party firmware installed. It allows you to increase the energy efficiency of the device and maximize profits, for which a commission of 2% is charged. Even then, the profitability and efficiency of such a device is much higher than that of a device with the original firmware.

Please let us know if third-party software is unacceptable for you, and we will install the official manufacturer's firmware on all your hardware within 1 day.

Thank you for your feedback. Your comments will allow us to improve our service.

Yours sincerely,
MYRIG team.

Most of us here agree that "some" 3rd-party firmware out perform the stock firmware, however, I believe Kano's argument here is that these firmware versions violate the GNU General Public License, in fact, the stock firmware itself does the same since Bitmain refuses to publish the source code to "their" firmware, but since Kano allows them to use his pool he must have some weird theory behind why Bitmain is allowed to do that but not the others.

I have replied in public to you before and explained this, if your memory is so bad that you cannot remember, go look for it.

Not in this case.
The miner ran no better with that 2% fee being taken from them, vs running original firmware asicboost enabled (with no fee).
So all that means is it was wearing it out faster so you could send a 2% fee to someone.

The people at the datacentre were a joke, when asked to do this they finally ended up setting it with old firmware and no asicboost.

You should instead put original firmware in what you are selling with asicboost enabled,
rather than setting up miners to pay slush pool and not informing people about that hidden extra 2% fee you are taking from them forever.

I just got a miner back from MyRig Repair service.  Everything is working fine.  It was an Antminer S17E that had one of the heatsinks fall off.

I had no problems with any part of the experience.   Shipping was easy, I shipped on the 11th and by the 13th they had received it and immediately gave a diagnosis.  The machine was ready by the 27th, so 14 days from when they received it the work was finished.  From the time i shipped to the time I got it back was 19 days.  Anytime I contacted support on Telegram, I was answered within 24 hours by a girl named ashley.

When it came time to pay, I paid with bitcoin via their website and within a couple hours I received tracking information.  for 1 replacement fan and 1 hashboard repair, the cost was 240.

I will now be sending my rigs to them whenever I need repair, and highly recommend them to anyone in the united states who is in need of repair
