Hello everyone !

I have a really suspicious case !!!!!!


It's been 3 days from my last login in blockchain ....
 I enter my password and my wallet ID in login , then receive 2 step mail , I click on 2 step link and verify it ,


But when I return to login page , I don't get in my wallet !!!

It just stocks here Sad((
 

I have used different vpns such as Hma , Windscribe and.... and no results , tried  different phone / PC again no results, even tried on different isp and againnnn nor results !!!

What should I do ? Please help me out !

After creating your wallet, have you used your key from a computer other than your home computer at least a few times after creating your wallet? And in general, did you use the entrance to it? Look carefully to see if you are entering all the data correctly, maybe you made a mistake by one character and just panic for no reason now? If not, then you should contact the support service. And only then start worrying. And for the future - use a cold wallet (even if it costs you a little money, but you will be sure of safety)

Blockchain.com wallet is very insecure and you depends on the service support to solve some problems.

Did you note down your 24 words (seed)  from blockchain.com wallet? This is a very important security step (probably the most important one).

Once you have your 24 words, you can just import your funds into another wallet, such as electrum.org wallet and bypass all blockchain.com problems.

I really recommend that you stop using blockchain.com wallet and move to electrum, if you have your seed.

Maybe browser cached issue, try to clear cache. Have you tried to use different browsers? Though what you experienced is pretty normal to blockchain.com wallet. Would you mind to tell if there is fund on that account.

If you didn't received any suspicious login attempt which is not your activity then sure that your account/funds are safe, it just that blockchain.com is too buggy to begin with.

Do you have saved/backup the 12 word recovery seed? If yes, you can import it to other wallets such electrum or coinomi, make sure you get it from the official souce.

Blockchain wallet right now is buggy there are many users right now having the same issue.

Do you have any recovery phrases or backup seeds?

You don't need to be worry if you have a backup you can just recover the wallet using this https://login.blockchain.com/#/recover
But if you don't have a backup and you can't still access your wallet then your last hope is to contact the blockchain support

The closest explanation to your not being able to login to your wallet could be that you've got your password typed in all wrong. You should type rather slowly, taking note of the characters to ensure they are all input correctly.

Besides, I don't see any error message in the image you uploaded
I doubt support would be able to help you gain access to your wallet as its a type that comes with seed phrase or private key and as such, your best chances for a wallet recovery is always about that point.
If you've got that covered and by that, I mean if you have your private key or seed phrase with you, no need to panic.
You just have to import your wallet with your private key or seed phrase and it would override your password, giving you access to your wallet and also a chance to create a new password. No need for panic.

This is just one of the reasons you should never use Blockchain wallet. it's very buggy and a lot of people have lost their money through phishing attacks and not backing up their seeds.

The first thing you should always do is back up your seed before you send money to the address.

Now try using their app and see if it works. You can download it from playstore but make sure it's their original app and not one of the fake phishing apps in playstore.

Indeed, the only number for seed phrases generated by blockchain.com is 12 words. If someone has more words than that for a blockchain.com recovery phrase, then it is one of their old style password recovery phrases and not a seed phrase.

If you have tried different devices, different ISPs, different VPNs, and different browsers, then the most likely issue is simply blockchain.com's server are misbehaving. They are a very buggy wallet with very poor infrastructure and security, so you probably just have to wait and try again later. If it persists, then contact them.

Indeed, blockchain.com is buggy and also with slow support. Also being web based it comes with a great deal of risks.
My suggestion is to migrate to a proper wallet and, if the funds are consistent, a hardware wallet should be the way to go.

One course of action would be to check with the support and make the wallet work again there, then send the funds to hardware wallet (which you can afterwards use from desktop or mobile too).
If the seed was backed up, then importing it to a better wallet (to check the funds first) would be another course of action (although a bit risky).

I have used blockchain wallet and I know how bad it is. Sometimes you do not see your balance and sometimes it becomes difficult to log in. If your issue gets resolved then my suggestion is to use another wallet as the blockchain wallet can do this again with you.

For now, I think you should either have patience for a few days or try to log in on their mobile application, I hope your issue gets resolved

I’ve had that wallet for years and I’ve never had a problem with anything, maybe I’m lucky, and maybe it’s something else after all. It is true that there are complaints about this service, and there have been a lot of them over the years - but most of them should be blamed on users who are careless and think that nothing bad can happen to them. My password is unique, it has never been saved anywhere else but on paper, my email password is also unique, and I use 2FA (email) - and I always use a link saved in bookmarks - if everyone would follow this simple procedure, phishing would become a thing of the past. Therefore, I do not see how this service is worse than all other similar ones - and it also gives the possibility for backup (seed) + fee customization.
