The closest explanation to your not being able to login to your wallet could be that you've got your password typed in all wrong.
If he entered the wrong password, he wouldn't have got the 2FA email sent to his address.
Did you note down your 24 words (seed) from blockchain.com wallet? This is a very important security step (probably the most important one).
Small correction. I think the default number is 12 words, not 24.
Indeed, the
only number for seed phrases generated by blockchain.com is 12 words. If someone has more words than that for a blockchain.com recovery phrase, then it is one of their old style password recovery phrases and not a seed phrase.
If you have tried different devices, different ISPs, different VPNs, and different browsers, then the most likely issue is simply blockchain.com's server are misbehaving. They are a very buggy wallet with very poor infrastructure and security, so you probably just have to wait and try again later. If it persists, then contact them.
