Dont be worried. The alt season is barely starting. You just buy those not yet going parabolic and still be able to pump. I'm not advising to do it, but if you are that worried that you can't seize the chance and opportunity then why not risk something. Short or long term depend on your goal. I have some long term coin and short term coins that I am doing right now.

I had the exact same problems like you, when I first started out with trading I only traded stock and became so anxious that price would drop while I am not watching. So I couldn't sleep at all anymore because I kept constantly checking the market on my phone. My first idea was just to stay invested overnight. I bought and sold only intra day and closed my positions after everyday of trading. Unfortunately transaction costs are just too high to keep doing it. Now the best approach for me is to just invest long term and accept the fluctuations.

Yes your right short term trading is time-consuming and very stressful but it can be mitigated through charting if you are good at it, well it can give you some decent profit, but still, a decent amount is needed to start, "buying in the dips and sell in the highs" but not all the time it can be practice sometimes you need to catch up things so that you will not lose further by the way we are still in the bullish market condition so the market now is not that hostile to be handle.

Note: For me holding is much better no stress just sit, wait and relax.
