Thanks to all and this wonderful community. Finally after so much pressure from you guys they allowed me to withdraw my winnings without any terms and conditions. I am sharing a chat screen shot which I saved for this time to show all that how wonderful and powerful bitcointalk really is.

As we know nitrogensports and nitrobetting are same,

I registered to nitrobetting.eu and won a freeroll which allowed me to enter in 1.5mbtc tournament. Please keep in mind that though I won my seat via free roll but the end tournament which I won was not free roll and many people buy for 0.1mbtc.
Fortunately I won the tournament and got 1.01mbtc as first prize. All thing are going smooth and I ordered a cash out.
Now the real story starts, first they told me that my payout will be processed in few minutes. (check image below)


When after waiting for hours to get my poker winnings, I again ping them on live chat then they started the story; They told me that there is a problem with your account and our account specialist will mail you.


Now suddenly all my winnings were gone and and they finally replied me this;

Our apologies about the confusion with your account.
Management has reviewed your account and determined how we will proceed.
Given the fact that your full account balance are winnings from a
freeroll, those funds are conditional.
You need to become an active client, with a valid deposit and provide us
with action in order to be able to cash out.
We have released your balance(1.01mBTC) as a bonus offer which you can
activate right now.
Once you have a deposit and start playing, your rake will count towards
turning the Freeroll winnings into cash.
We understand that you think your winnings were not a freeroll, but they
are promotional funds. You won a ticket on a freeroll and that ticket
granted you entry to another tournament where you won cash. So the full
balance is considered promotional funds.

Now this is totally unacceptable for me. First of all its not a free roll that I won and second ally they just decided to convert my poker tournament winnings as a bonus, what a joke. So basically for getting my poker tournament winnings I have to pay 5 time the rake.

Yeah I understood the need of a single deposit but these terms are just plain scam. I posted this so that no one will fall for this again. I wonder how  they are carrying the brand of nitrogen.

Exactly my reactions initially.
The thing is it is completely unethical and immoral to force a winner to play by stopping him to cash out his rightful winnings, that is what hurt me. This is clearly the difference between a professional platform (who understand poker and how difficult is to win two tourneys back to back) and a complete hoax scam artist.
You can not simply arbitrarily ask winner to generate 300$ of rake to cash out 50$ which you won fair and squared.
Another thing that bothers me is following,
If they are not releasing my winnings which are straight from other peoples pocket (other players buy ins) how come they will be paying casino winnings which will be form their own pocket. I will honestly advise anyone who is thinking of making any deposit there to stay away.

I don't get it why they would give you freeroll when if you win they won't allow you to withdraw?

It's not the honest way for promoting the betting site as it's just making the users go waste their time. Now it's going to ruin their reputation instead. No matter how small or big the amount he won, it deserves to be sent to him.

The business doesn't really expect that someone with a free roll is going to hit it big so they have to find a way to make the winner miserable by making it look like the player cheated the system. I do agree that the player has to receive the win, withholding makes the site a bitter loser in the face of things.

Name any reputable poker platform which require you to deposit and generate rake equal to  five time your tournament winnings and I will keep silent for ever. The thing is hat it is plan scam and if I will not expose they will carry on with these type of things.

I agree the promo terms where you're forced to roll it over is very common but not all sites require you to rollover the reward 5x.

From my experience the usual rollover on most sites is very low like 1x or maybe 2x at best.

Why they allow non active player to be part of the competition and they force to deposit before giving the wins? an obvious SCAM Strategy so you will lose first before they give your win.

Imagine that you played and Win without any single amount depositing , so what more those who had been scammed by Nitrogen with deposit history?

Best not to trust this site and better never deposit as what they are advising you for claiming.
