Personally, I would like if Tesla to accept DOGE as a means of payment. But that doesn't seem to be the case because Elon Musk doesn't really want to implement it. Elon Musk is just playing his game where he only thinks about his own profit.

First thing, doge coin is all hype and nothing else. The recent huge gain was due to Elon Musk's created hype. I think he is doing it deliberately. He knows, go whichever coin he makes tweet, price increases. But for him also its not that easy. His recent rollback in use of BTC due to environmental conditions is a great example of it.

I don't see why they value dogecoin so much, I can't understand what's special about dogecoin, I honestly think Tesla should accept altcoins that have some better utility and that are good projects at the utility level. Why not? Doge has proven itself useful in many occasions. It has low fees, it is fast. It is closer to be a currency than bitcoin imo. (bitcoin is more like gold)

I would be happy if TESLA was accepting Doge. All adoption is good. It would benefit bitcoin too in the end.

Well, I don't know what Elon Musk's goals are, but I don't think he would accept a Doge in exchange for a Tesla. if he accepts crypto then the best is bitcoin. however, if he does that the price of Doge will indeed go up, but I don't think that Doge is a token used for such transactions. after all, it would make doge prices very easy to manipulate. that's what I thought, but if he accepts, it will be one of support for the crypto world.

What is the difference in paying for tesla in "bitcoin, or ethereum, or BNB" or dogecoin, if Tesla takes car price in $ and simply recalculate the amount to cryptocurrency? Tesla dont ask fixed price in cryptocurrency for their products. All of the mentioned cryptocurrencies have high volatility. The only difference I see is a transaction price. But for a guy that buys a car which minimum cost is about $34k, wont care much about paying $20 for a transaction or less than $1.

I think this is just what Elon musk wants and what his plans for a long time ago before he even started making tweets about dogecoin.

I'm afraid if Elon Musk is just doing this price manipulation, it could be a huge problem. I don't like it since he picks dodge over bitcoin which is a meme coin so we could clearly see a useless token to have a high price in the market which is really dangerous and risky.

I was hoping for both bitcoin and dogecoin will be the pick, but the base of what happened is just really sketchy in my opinion announcing that they will not support bitcoin just because it is bad for the environment which is already a thing a long time ago, I'm pretty sure those are just lies.

as crypto investor personally i have big hope for tesla acceptance for doge as their payment.  When it happen actually it have domino effect which is multiplier effect in other cryptocurrency will realized. bitcoin , eth or other crypto will also bought due market sentiment due tesla acceptance. I don't think they would accept such coin, they didn't accept Bitcoin now due to the reason about the energy it consumes or something about that wherein the Dogecoin has the same way of how it was mined. So I don't think that Tesla would accept Dogecoin, but I think with Doge-1 they would accept Dogecoin so technically Doge will literally go to the moon.
