So for those who don't know who this monumental  douche bag if he's the special person claiming to be satoshi Nakamoto. He's now trying to say that been as he lost his keys to his wallet that the company's should give him his money instead. (Article below enjoy and comment 😀

Several problems with this

No.1 you loose your keys your coins are gone if he really invented bitcoin he'd know and accept this.

No.2 if he really was Satoshi he'd either have signed a message from the original wallet when he was challenged on it years ago or simply log into his account on here

No.3 if he is Satoshi I'm leaving bitcoin forever XD I could never imagine satoshi being such a monumental prick

It took me a while to see that this whole CW fiasco was so that he could fork the network and get possession of satoshi’s coins. Seeing the end game being setup with this lawsuit is only confirmation of that. As this drama comes to a head, I can’t understand how full of himself CW has to be to think he was going to pull this scam off. I sincerely hope the legal system doesn’t drop the ball here.

Quote
“Our client has always maintained that he created bitcoin to operate within existing laws and that in the event of loss or theft, where legitimate ownership can be proven, the developers have a duty to ensure recovery,” said Paul Ferguson, a partner at law firm Ontier, which is representing Wright.

Ahh yes, I forgot when Satoshi said that:

Lost coins only make everyone else's coins worth slightly more.  Think of it as a donation to everyone.  Unless it's me, then we should take the devs to court to force them to fork the entire network to give me my coins back.

he is not interested in winning any trial
he is doing slapp lawsuits.. hoping they pay some meaningful amount out of their own pockets to make him go away

but he is an idiot at trying this game. because he has already lost his hand by doing soo many lawsuits it gives the game away that he wont stop filing new claims .. and so no one is willing to pay up. as they know he wont stop.

For arguments sake, let’s days that Wright is in fact satoshi (there is a lot of evidence suggesting this is not the case, and nothing except Wrights word suggesting that he is). Also, for arguments sake, we could say that the coin in question is rightfully owned by Wright.

If both of the above are true, forcing entities to change software to allow for Wright to spend his bitcoin whose private keys he has lost is akin to forcing speech on an innocent person. No one involved had anything to do with Wright loosing the private keys that he alleges belongs to him. It would be wrong for a court to grant what Wright is asking, even if the facts supported him telling the truth.
