Their current branding is weak, and I don't think a lot of people will be interested in using this platform given that a lot of other platforms already exist with better promotions, better community engagement, and literally just better in a lot of aspects. If only they could put some love on this platform again, people would try this site again and give it some attention that it wanted.

or the main reason could be because their reputation is already fucked up. Just check Nitrogensports' reputation and the numerous scam accusations they had. Both are sister sites, and nobody would want to risk using a site that is related to another scam site. Their situation is almost similar to that of 1xbet and 1xbit.
