PM5.6 failed ETC attempts

i have been trying to get the miner going for etc as i have a nvidia 980 4Gb gpu.

here is the commands for the start.bat

when i run the start.bat, this is the fail

what am i missing?

Your computer configuration and what kind of power supply do you have?
Check all the power connectors and test the video card with tests such as FurMark - within 30 minutes.
If as a result of testing there are no problems, then try other miners.
And if this does not help, then you need to reinstall the Windows system.
