I think From and Cardano are really good and a user friendly. For me despite those coin are potential, Elon most concern is the Doge token. Maybe the meme coin may give home more money that he definitely manipulate the motion every now and then. In my opinion Doge is the only one.

there is nothing that can make the price high if the token is much greener than the other. if ADA is a POS token, therefore, we spend nothing to earn some ADA, its just being staked and every epoch cycle you get hundreds to thousands of it if you stake millions of ADA. if you can gain those ada easily you could also sell it for a cheaper price, nothing is lost from you. this goes for TRX as well for they almost work the same.  you got the tokens cheap you sell them cheap unlike POW coins where you have to pay utility that you as a miner will sell it at a high price.

Helium hotspot miner mates, every miners from this company use around 5watts to 10 watts per miner and each household can only have one in their house meaning you can't have two of this miners under same roof, this is more greenish than any other projects I know

Not talking about energy consumption and ignoring Elon Musk, I could say that Bitcoin still the best option compared to the altcoins.

Well, it has to think that we need to save some energy but the question is do we have other option to run this mining machine with less energy consumption? Yeah those you mentioned are good but don't too much rely on what elon said because cryptocurrency is seasonal, sometimes a coin with no future projects could pump hard because of whale massive buying. So just keep an eye on cryptocurrency news to get informations about profitable coins

I see Matic can sustain in the bear trend this week. Although Matic get down, but in the next hours, that coin can increase, although not much. But if bitcoin is dropping again like before, Matic can follow to go down. Meanwhile, ADA can increase, but that will depend on how the coin survives in the bear market, so we need to wait for more.
