we don't know that why they can accept doge as payment, we know that coin doge can't be used as a handle because the price is raised because of people's games. but I agree that if you really want to use it, of course, that has great prospects like bitcoin, but everything will be seen in time.

And this is where people should really be minding off first before making some statements for DOGE to overtake bitcoin on where they should consider

If McDonald and Sturbucks start accepting dogecoin that doesn't mean all the users will pay now with doge, and the same for bitcoins. The only difference here would be the transaction fees. If we have to pay $10 in fees with bitcoin for a $1 burger then that will not work. But with 1doge as the fee is a viable option.

Even if coca cola start accepting doge it will never take over bitcoin, that is just impossible because a big bump in dogecoin would come with a big bump on bitcoin, that's how markets works.

So far it's because of Musk participation that's why Doge gained attentions but likewise it's still

bitcoin that have the dominance and if in case other companies like Starbucks and McDonalds

they have team that will review and research the worth in that case there are many other alternative

The hype generated by elon is the only thing that keeps overshadowing the fact that DOGE is actually inflationary coin due to its unlimited uncapped total supply and coins generated each day, it's eventually gonna be unsustainable.


the whole market itself is game of eating or getting eaten, this hype surely gonna have an end in the future but DOGE will still priced above 1 cents I think. it's just not that much of people are truly bullish about it thinking it could hit $1 which is almost impossible

Doge coin fan boys would disagree with everything you just said as they believe that doge coin would be the new bitcoin. They have forgotten that Bitcoin has the biggest number of people in the crypto space. Ethereum and other altcoin projects already tried to do this time without number and all of them ended up unsuccessful. The same fate awaits Dogecoin. They should keep on dreaming that meme coin would overtake bitcoin. Even with Elon Musk on board, it would be very difficult to achieve but not impossible but I highly doubt would happen.

Everyone is free to believe what they want. But we should be realistic with things so as not to be disappointed when it doesn't happen according to our expectations.
Without the aid of Elon's tweets, doge will still be the same. But to what extent can Elon help this old meme coin to make changes in the crypto ecosystem?

As someone with 5 years of experience in the crypto market, I am certain that no altcoin can overturn Bitcoin.
All crypto moves are based on the movement of bitcoin.
Elon Musk lifts Doge, he can put it down. So the intrinsic value of DOGE is almost zero. Doge is just a short-term hype and it won't last long in the crypto space.

Anything can happen, bitcoin marketcap continues to decrease, even according to coinmarketcap data Tether is the largest for daily transaction volume. and I think this is good because it makes competition tougher. And DOGE has everything for flip bitcoin, maybe need 3 years again.
