Doge but hell no, I don't plan on buying at this present value because it's simply overpriced, maybe if bear market comes and doge loses 80% of its present value I can consider investing

I think that most people will be choosing over shiba. Shiba got popular due to the doge hype. if there's no doge hype and there will be no shiba token at this moment even shiba already created a product called shiba swap and it doesn't mean both were comparable at this moment.

Both were overvalued tokens at this moment but i still prefer doge coin as it's a native coin that runs on its chain.

There are lots of doge supporters as well. Doge much more popular than shiba. Why do i need to choose a fork token if i can peak the real coin?

Even I have both at the moment but in small amount and I am planning to buy more If there is more Dip but for me, Doge is more trusted for investment as compared to Shiba. On the other hand, both are quite risky to hold as both are overpriced according to their potential. I feel the price of both coins is still on the higher side to buy again.

Just recently read about the Shiba Inu hype. Dogecoin killer as they call it.
Not a joke and will be better than Dogecoin but at what extent? How do they define "better"?
There is too much expectation for its market price and a lot of analysts are already putting their prediction and gaining popularity by it.
It's still at millicents price so yeah, it could be a good investment for now. The recent 40 percent of burnt tokens also made the coin go mainstream and be tweeted more than Doge.
If I have to pick another joke then the new one is funnier.  I'll buy it.

If this is the question, then there are only two things that caused me to choose Dogecoin, first because Dogecoin is in the top 10 cryptocurrencies which are now ranked 6th, in contrast to Shiba which is still in the 30th place, and the second is Dogecoin already first existed in the crypto space making it a little more popular than Shiba.

Both token riding on hype; Shib and Doge are not even token with a roadmap and potential use. Go buy meme token and let your money go brrrrrr.
It is better to stake your money on utility and security tokens which will definitely give a good roi due to increase usage, performance and updates.

None of them.. They're both high risk high reward coins imo.

although the SHIB is still quite new and the price is where doge were most of its time - i'd say that you might see some spikes in the future on SHIB if it gets listed on other platforms than binance, and if the arbitrum will have any effect on buyers - when thats said, i also predict that you'll see some huge dips because 'its just a meme coin..

Between the two? I would say Doge, it has been in the space for many years now while Shiba is just new. And besides, Shiba's liquidity has been in question lately as Vitalik dump his coins already. And yes, since Shiba is new, will it have something to offer or it is just another meme or joke coin that pumpers are going to take advantage. Goodluck to you if you bought both and hope that the altcoin bull run will continue and bring profits to all of us.

I will not choose both, because the price is too high at the moment, what's more, this is an altcoin meme that is so easily manipulated by one person. better off getting on the train and investing in well-defined altcoins than putting up something one person is riding on.

I can see that lot of people are shilling for Shiba recently, they just wanted to follow what Elon Musk did to the Doge! Anyway I don't want to compare both and just let it be them and will talk about it if they are still alive after 5 years. Shiba will not alive even in 2022, just my opinion though.

Doge is more or less the Bitcoin of the dog shitcoins, so it will stay longer than we thought it would be. I also believe that it will have a heavy correction and go back to its previous levels before we see another bull run. The rest are just following the hype, and who knows when it will die.

to be honest they both look the same. and not a good choice for investment.
but seeing what was done to Shiba when a lot of their tokens were burned I think there is a good intention to develop their project and market. Shiba may have a market that will be better than Dogecoin in the future.

I have no favorite seriously because I have them both and I made profit with them, for now I have to sell my holdings and put it on a more secure coins/tokens, the whole market is burning today if you still have profit better to get it now. DOGE is old but still kicking while SHIBA made a good entry in the market, now both of them are dumping and If I see opportunity again, I'll buy more.

If I love dog, I will buy Dogecoin, not SHIBA or many other dog tokens.

Dogecoin is King in those dog coins and tokens. If Dogecoin rises, the others will follow it. If Dogecoin falls, the others will fall.

You need to think why do you want to buy SHIBA? Because you think it will rise with Dogecoin. So if it is what you think, Dogecoin is obviously a better choice.

People might life dogs in real life but I find it funny that they also like dogs in cryptocurrencies. Maybe because of Elon Musk? Doge and Shiba are just two meaningless coins/tokens. I don't want to give any financial advice here, but don't let your emotions affect your decisions when investing. Many people bought Doge when Musk shilled it and now a lot of them might be regretting now.
