I understand where you are coming from, u didn't lose anything in terms of the quantity but the possible gain you would have made if you sell it when the price is very high, however, it is not your  fault in the sense that you can predict what will happen to your coin in the next hour.

Since, nobody know the best time to sell so it's really important for you to decide how much profit you want to make, and when that profit is reached you can just remove your capital and leave the rest.

As we know that experience is the best teacher, just learn from your mistakes and move on.

Trade at your own risk. That is one of the fundamentals which everyone should know when invest in cryptocurrencies. Due to the high volatility, you may get gains as well as losses at anytime. Once you pass the break even point, if you want to hodl further, best thing to do is applying stop losses. Always try to keep your device that you use for crypto as less bloated as possible. Maybe dedicate one for it. Always have 2FAs wherever possible, fingerpints and passwords for mobile apps.
Don't put your eggs on the same basket. If you are staking of farms, you could use two different wallet ever for the same defi as well diversify your investment on different defi.

The crypto market isnt fair to anyone,I also lost about half of my portfolio when the market crashed during May and since then it has been up and down no major movement, I'm beginning to get tired of the current market movement, but there's nothing I can do about it than to wait for the market to recover although its taking too long for that to happen, I don't know how much longer we would have to wait to see the market bullish again.

I'm not so sure about this, but experts still claim that bitcoin will go higher than $64k this year, I just hope that happens.

Sorry to hear that buddy, it happens. Don't worry too much about it. In trading we can't always win money, sometimes prices are going down. The good thing is that crypto prices are moving in cycles. I wouldn't sell my coins if I were you. ETH is a very strong coin that will easily recover again.  I can't say for certain that you will recover this year, but latest next your you should make your money back.

The key is having long patience in order to wait for the perfect time seeing our assets recovering back again. It might take years but thats how it works.
