To get a present you must have a personal VIP host and that you get at Platinum III now at stake.com so you should know that in case you are expecting a host at platinum I, you are wrong. Yes, exactly. Once casinos stained their name that's pretty much it.  No matter what they try. The trust that was once there is now gone. Birthday presents or anniversary presents won't make up for a lousy behaviour or when security is at risk. I'm not saying this is the case, I'm merely giving examples as extreme as they might be.

Outside of the dodgy operations casinos, there's really not many places which rewards its players with presents or similar incentives because if you think about it with a massive user base, the house will end up giving away freebies weekly if not daily. Yeah, many people don't give much importance to it. However receiving something on the birthday makes people happy. In such a way I've received birthday present once.
