That's cause there are a lot of people that are still using it in the market and it has the utility to back it up. Not to mention that bitcoin is already proven to be used as a means of payment for a transaction with the 10k Pizza as the first evidence.

Eth! better blockchain yet insane transaction fee, tell me what is better when the only thing that is used by many on this blockchain is ridiculously high? maybe as a dev you may find it better, but the many average joe's  who don't develop anything except use it as transaction won't see it that way, actually there are many better blockchain but eth is not one of them.

Well, I personally believe that Bitcoin will survive no matter what the conditions are. even BTC has had something worse than this. Then, why should you weaken Bitcoin?

we've had many of them before and even up until now. guess, bitcoin really does have a lot of critics. but in the end, a lot still go back to bitcoin as most projects turned to be abandoned and crappy.

I honestly don't think this is true! Bitcoin has been in this for over 10 years and has seen good and bad days,suffered a few attacks  people trying to out smart others such as double spending but all these flaws are what makes it the perfect coin!

Other coins the only reason they can't get ahead of bitcoin is they are run by a central power and for users that want privacy they pretty much can't find it in these perfect coins of today.

Why should it die? I am sure if bitcoin dies, other altcoins will face the same consequences. You are comparing bitcoin with ethereum. They both are two different coins with two different use cases. You can't compare them. Why do you have such hate for bitcoin by the way? Did you lose a lot or something? It happens .

I feel like you really hate bitcoin so you can always say something negative about it. Sometimes hatred will only cover up the truth, therefore we really have to judge Bitcoin because we don't hate it. The reason Bitcoin is still alive is

Why some people guess that Bitcoin will die due to some countries governments banning Bitcoin mining. Bitcoin mining and Bitcoin never same thing, some countries governments already declared Bitcoin mining banned due to huge amounts of energies losses but they don't ban Bitcoin.

to be honest i'm really shocked too to know the fact that bitcoin is still alive, and even getting bigger and more popular this year. Because last time i've quit bitcoin, there seems like no future of it, the price keeps getting lower, so it's such a surprise that in about three months, the price went up like 6-8 times.
However i agree, bitcoin is more likely used as speculation tool only, but well, as long as it's still beneficial for some people, what's wrong with that? the newcomers just need to be more careful so they won't be left with nothing while going along with the hype.

There are probably two reasons:
1. He is trying to spread FUDs because he wants people to be panic and sell their Bitcoin at a cheap price. Then, he takes advantage once people already sold their Bitcoin in the market.
2. He is a Bitcoin hater. There are too many Bitcoin haters, both in the forum and out there. Sometimes they play like supporting Bitcoin, then they spread negativity about Bitcoin to all people. Not sure what the intention of these people, they may be educated actors that want the existence of Bitcoin to end.

Bitcoin will never die because it is the first cryptocurrency to introduce in the world and have the largest value amongst all of the cryptocurrencies now that have been introduce. Being shock that you thought bitcoin is dead, i think you do not have any bitcoin or atleast a little amount of bitcoin in your wallet. Having bitcoin now is hard to earn because its value goes higher time by time and even etherium value is also high now.

There will always be better than bitcoin, but it will not change the fact that bitcoin will always be the favorite in crypto, the number 1 favorite to be exact.

But you can see his presence always on this forum, which is the sheer amount of dedication he has to give so that Bitcoin will be devalued and ETH be put in its place as the king of crypto. If you are checking his posts you will see that he promotes ETH so much, and like I said his dedication to his goals are somewhat noteworthy. I am not praising him or raising his ego but he has a goal in crypto and he will do the best he can to ensure he will give a good fight against Bitcoin.
