The classic five card poker I played when I was young didn't have a flop at all. Each player received 5 cards and after the first round of bidding he could change any number of them. The final round of trades took place and the cards were revealed. There were no community cards at all, do you understand? When I was a kid we were playing "poker" in the neighborhood, and only much later I realized how different it was from what adults in the Western world were calling poker.
