I believe it is just the hype dying down a bit. I have seen every single person I know going into crypto or learning more about crypto and that is just too much, we can't have every single non-giant retail investor in crypto at all times, there will eventually be a time when they will get out.

The grocery store clerk, the barber, the butcher, the pharmacy, the friends, the family, the news everyone was all up in bitcoin this past year and that is not sustainable, you can't have that many people in crypto forever, eventually some will get out because most are in it for the profit and not for the long term. That's what is happening right now if you ask me, there are some people who are getting out and not caring about what is going on. I don't think the market has reached the final ATH limit, we are still early.  However, the scenarios show a big pullback by institutional investors after some countries reactivate their economic activity mode once the vaccine has been subsidized.  It can create a large retracement but does not necessarily believe in Fud.  The market will break out of the side at $42k before the market makers want to create a big trap.  Anyway, this trend looks bad.

The main drop was because of the Elon musk tweet about bitcoin and then everything follows because of that bringing the market price down to a big percentage and causing a lot of panic selling in the market.

We have been up to a lot of percentages starting this year 2021 and we are still up to 300% if we think about it so if you invest a bit early you are probably still bullish for sure, so correction is expected when the market is up to this kind of percentage.

Not the best time to sell your investment but a good time to invest some money, It always a circulation, and the market will be up again and it will be too late when people realize that.

Holding is great during this period and I am doing exactly that, I even bought a tiny bit as well. However one thing is bad about this period, if you do not have a lot of money that means you are not going to make a lot of profit during this period neither.

This is why I think it is not really that great for me right now, not because I think the market is bad, I think market is at a great place where it is giving us a huge opportunity but I am failing to take that opportunity and that is what I think is the biggest problem for me. We are on Bearish market without a sign of reversal. So it's normal that price will go sideways to the known support and resistance which is the 30k and 40k respectively. There is no major news neither good nor bad that's why the price can't reach the confirmation point for the trend. It's better to scalp or short trade right now since the ATR is quite stable per day though.

I think this is a very good advice why not first take advantage of the situation with scalping while looking at the existing chart because now it is very difficult to predict what will happen next will be like what.
