It's probably because they think that Bitcoin can go as low as $20,000 again and they are probably waiting for that moment. Although they missed something crucial. A lot of institutional investors are in already.

They value negative information shared by others, rather than learning anything. Big people always take the opportunity because of their thinking like this, when the market goes red they start panicking and sell their bitcoins. By doing this they cannot change their financial situation, they go back to the same situation as before. I'm already getting a lot of calls, the bitcoin market is down, they have already sold their hold bitcoin, again a few people are saying they are preparing to sell. Most of them are new. I have no words to answer them. I left them to make their own decisions.

In fact, they can never make the right decision unless they learn the right way. When I saw your post,I thought that another big price crash just hit the BTC market.
The Bitcoin price was moving in the 35-39K USD window during the last week and now it had fallen to 34K USD.This isn't a big deal,if you ask me.We are officially in a bear market and the price might drop below 30K USD.There's no reason to be upset about this.Hardcore Bitcoiners don't complain about bear markets,they just buy more BTC.

Of course they would regret having a weak hands and so does for those who didn't take the chance to buy when it was so low or dropping low.

The OP anger is geared towards dumpers who he believed will have a better future and opportunities if they resist the urge of selling their coins,  in addition experienced crypto traders utilizes the bear market to short trades and earn decent profits, they don't care about whether the market is bearish or bullish once their is volatility, they make money it's a pity everybody can never be a trader while the easier way of earning is by hodling our Coins.

most of us know that Bitcoin has a bright future. it's just someone is not a faithful Bitcoin follower and they become weak hands and miss the opportunity of getting rich then later regret for what they have done. briefly, if the money you put in crypto is important for you in shor time, you use it for emergency, then just cash out and save your situation. what you are doing is not investment but speculate, which is not recommended. You really cannot blame them, I think nobody from forum royalty wants to share their expertise to these weak hands. Why would they their assets in the first place if somebody who is already good at Crypto told them to hold and not sell? Since the first Elon Musk was started spreading FUD, China has given a push on it by announcing its new crypto-ban, it is absolutely certain that these are pre-planned and they have made such efforts to destabilize the Bitcoin market.
Although Elon Musk's tweets are able to make a big Dump in the Bitcoin market. but, the news of China's recent crypto-ban did not have a significant impact on the Bitcoin market.

Well you can also say that some of the influencers on social media like facebook and youtube might be giving either false or incomplete information. I admit I do listen to some of the influencers and I do it just to get the latest news or gossip on crypto. But I do not listen on what to buy advise or sometimes their warnings or sensationalist news like "Why do you need to buy Bitcoin now" type of stuff. I do have my own sources and I am also not selfish to share these to family and friends.
