is there a way to enter his wallet and make transactions without even having the back up phrase?
There is no way to access the wallet without the phrase or private key. Usually, there is a notification about it there, a warning to keep the phrase or private key as the only way to access it. Hackers can access the wallet after they got the phrase or private key from the wallet owner. But the problem is, hackers can get the phrase or private key from various ways. So, we must always remember to save the phrase or private key in a secure place. Make sure hackers cannot find a way to access the place.

As long as it's saved on his phone, he can keep using it even without the seeds. But what kind of person you are if you're ignoring the fact that seeds/passphrase are very important as if you don't hold it, you'll lose your funds if you've reformat your phone and can no longer remember the exact words that shall be used to retrieve your wallet if you want to use it onto another device.

And if some unsolicited messages pop up, better ignore it especially if you know your keys are secure. Hackers will always find a way how to penetrate a system especially if they see the vulnerability of the gadget. However, some hackers know how to trick users giving false claims that they got your private keys but they haven't. That's when you will make wrong move that they can get in in your system. So don't fall for false claims if you know that your system is really secure.

There will always be scams in the crypto world, it is just impossible to go without a single day without anyone getting hacked or scammed, there is at least one person that gets hacked or scammed every single day, sometimes big amounts sometimes small amounts. The total estimate is in billions of dollars, every year over a billion dollars is stolen or hacked in the crypto world.
However what we should be focusing on is the fact that fiat is much much much bigger than that, like over 100x bigger, which means getting scammed is not something specific to crypto, it is something that is regarding money, ever since humanity started there are people who is getting scammed. I have seen literally antic age tablets about getting scammed. So we should not be worried about these type of things, they are temporary things that can be solved as long as we are careful enough about it.

I guess if you never give your wallet pk/phrase to anyone else you shouldn't trust anyone who says your wallet has been hacked, maybe that's how he manipulates to find out your wallet secret key, because without knowing your secret password someone can't open a wallet on your device, I suggest you avoid phishing sites, because they are very vulnerable to hacking,
Yes, if you never give your wallet private key to someone else, then the wallet is still very safe to use, but when someone doesn't realize that he has imported his wallet into a phishing site, then his wallet can also be hacked by scammers, here are two things which is often a problem with cryptocurrency wallet hacks.

Since i joined the crypto world i didnt face any problem regrading wallets but i see that many people lose funds...somtimes the situation is normal like when somone share his private key or back up phrase in a scam website...but lets imagine that somone open a nwe wallet on trust and start using it without even keeping the phrase...is there a way to enter his wallet and make transactions without even having the back up phrase?
OMG! You can't believe your own phone! Why are you so frustrated? Scammers or hackers won't visit your home! You should write down your 12 phrases words. Your phone could lose, burn or crash, we always need a backup. Once I lost my money because of extra protection. Your money will be safe if you don't copy it, but how do you rewrite it without copying the 12 phases?

I have experience getting hacked from trustwallet and that's because I carelessly connected to many trusted networks. so my advice is hackers won't hack our wallets if we don't make mistakes that's for sure. and save your best assets using offline wallet to avoid hack
The safest thing is to store the cryptocurrency that we have in a hardware wallet, because it has been proven that there are rarely bad incidents of losing coins if we store private keys correctly. Then what happened to you is a lesson for all of us. to be careful when deciding to save the coins we have in online wallets such as trustwallet. Hackers are waiting for us as wallet owners to make mistakes, so always be alert and careful when using an online wallet.

If your computer or mobile phone get infected of the virus possible your wallet will hack.. We should be careful when downloading of softwares like a wallet we don't know that it contains a virus, some look like a original wallet but a fake..
that means it's not a virus that's the problem. it is his personal fault if he downloads the wallet wrong. it can happen because the OP often links his wallet to a malicious website address. especially if it is a new DEX exchange platform. it's very possible hacking.

I didn't quite understand the question are you asking if they could enter the wallet or connect it on other site without entering the seed phrase or private key and make a transaction? If that is your question then it would depend on the site that they would go for example pancakeswap only needs to connect on your wallet and doesn't need you to input your seed phrase.

You will be the only one to know if it's a hack or not, this wallet would not exist and get lots of users if it's not safe to use it, usually, the problem when a wallet is hacked is due to the owner's negligence, if we don't put the security needed to ensure our wallet is safe, then one day you'll just surprise your balance will be gone. Actually mate, you need to educate yourself more, not only on the basic knowledge on how to use the wallet, but on how to secure it as well.

If they sideloaded the app through an unofficial source instead of Google Play then it is possible for this to happen. If you are going to install an APK then first you need to verify the checksum or PGP signature to see that it is a valid app and not a modified version that could have malware.

And also avoid being greed that you see random people posting stuffs and it is requiring you to go to a website that they link on their post. There's no such as free money, it will always be that there's an exchange for every action we do just like those 'promo scams'.

You dont need to believe them as longs you know that your private seed is safe, there is no way for the hacker to access your account if your private seed is safe, and also if you haven't click any malicious link sent to you by strangers. There are many reasons to get hacked, - First is the hardware on which someone stole your device and the seed is stored on it. - Second is when your device is under malicious software. - You did not keep your private seed secured.
The keyword is private seed so if it is known to others then the thief will take over your assets, so keep the private seed on the most secure device or store it in a flash disk / other hardware. In the past many people lost their personal seed on phishing sites so be careful.

The major reason for these is that they enter their pass phrase to some phishing sites and that is how majority loose their account balance and you need to be careful where you enter and you cannot even trust random searches in search engines because there are advertising links that can even replicate the legit site, so find the legit site to official sources and i usually bookmark them rather than relying on search engines.

If you mean steal his or her funds, then yes. Anyone can access anyone's wallet and steal funds if the said wallet has its private keys, mnemonics or filestore stolen. Its that easy. You need those to run transactions

Since I learn about crypto in 2017, my first wallet was myethwallet. I have experience series of wallet being compromised, if am not mistaken at least 3 times. And I notice that most of the fault was from me, I always make mistake in filling bounty form, inputting my private key instead of public address. Its is just in one of the case's which I really don't know how, which makes me believe what an old friend told me about how simple it is to guess private key with a single mistake you are either in someone's wallet or on a new wallet. But ever since I started making use of Trust wallet I have never experience such. It's only someone who have access to you device that can be able to steal your fund, and that is only if you did not activate the security option which will require password before sending transaction.

Not necessary. Firstly, you should think about why a person should lie to you or say that his wallet was hacked, for what? I do not believe the developers and exchange owners who say that their wallets have been hacked, often they themselves can steal funds and present everything as hacking. If we are talking about an ordinary person, then they really are most often hacked through their own fault.

Only if he leaks his wallet security system to someone else can the password be hacked, moreover I have never heard of a trust wallet being hacked. Many times different fraudsters can hack the security system by clicking on different websites. So in this case you have to be aware.
