I did not expect Uruguay to lose to Colombia. I was betting on Uruguay winning this match. But Uruguay disappointed me and they lost the match. Suarez and Cavani were the only ones to score a penalty kick for Uruguay.

Don't be overconfident. I am Argentinian fan too. The Colombian team is not bad. They have won against Uruguay, Uruguay is not a weaker team. Colombia played 90 minutes to draw the match. And in the end they are able to achieve their goal and able to draw the match. They won the match and have now reached the semi-finals. Colombia will play defensively against Argentina. But they can counterattack very well. Argentina defenders need to be very vigilant.

The Brazil Vs Argentina Final seems to be shaping up well. I am not ruling out Colombia and Peru at the moment, but I would love a finial between the other 2 arch rivals. Sadly, I haven't been able to watch most match in the tournament because they Air during the times I am not available.

I thought Uruguay had the ability to qualify for the semi-finals but what happened was Cavani and Suarez wasted a lot of chances. Until finally the match was decided on penalties and I was only surprised by the performance from Ospina but otherwise, even though Cavani and Suarez could have scored goals in the shootout I was still disappointed with his game during normal time. However, both teams have equally great goalkeepers and that is also what makes it difficult for both teams to score goals in normal time.

I guess a lot of us saw it from the past matches. They had plenty of time to correct their mistakes from the group stages, but if they continued to play like that (miss chances) then they would for sure get out. Bad on me to keep predicting for them but it is what it is. I guess this was just a really long season for both of them and full of emotions. That saps all the strength out of you for a tournament like this.

Most likely it is going to be Brazil vs Argentina in the final as everyone expect it to be as the eternal rivals from South America facing each other.However Colombia is a great team and has showed it during all the tournament while for Peru I think it is here mostly because of luck.Colombia can make surprises and can cause the final to be another one and not Brazil vs Argentina.So we may see a Brazil vs Colombia final as for Peru I am 100% sure it will be eliminated in the game against Brazil.

I don't think you have seen the performance of Argentina's past matches. Argentina as a team is much more stable now. They have scored 3 goals in the previous match with the help of Messi. We all knew Argentina's defense was weak. They have made the defense stronger now than ever before. They have conceded just two goals in five Copa America matches.

Argentinians are maybe smug towards another latin countries and sometimes lack sportsmanship, however not among themselves and not that much nowadays. I remember decades ago the rivality was too much stronger, which created a lot of conflicts between the players from Argentina against their rivals and between the different crowds. But the team itself plays well together and cooperatively around Messi's figure.
As I see Messi is a must for the team, without him Argentina doesn't go too far, but it doesn't mean he is selfish, since he helped a lot his teammates to score and build strategies during the last match against Equador. That is a good indicator at their favour.

This year Copa is a competition that is quite important for Messi, especially now that Argentina has reached the semifinals and of course Messi will give everything to make Argentina win this year  Copa, especially now that Messi is 34 years old and maybe he only has two national competitions to win the title  first time champion which is difficult to win with argentina national team, because we know that messi is a player who has won many titles for his club, but to win with national team he never managed to do it and seems to face a curse, Messi has never won even though argentina several times to the finals.

You are paradoxical, you say it won't be easy for Argentina and they need to focus on the match and to perform very well but on the other hand you are sure they will win the match. You've already bet against Colombia at their previous match against Uruguay and you've lost your bet so I think you're just biased against them.
