Hi Guys!
I know it is not that easy to work in this forum, for this we need a lot of experience and knowledge but still I have the knowledge and there is no good idea about this platform I want your help.
What I mean to say is that there are many experience and good senior members on this platform who are working very well here, please kindly tell me about working here and do all the roles of this platform well. 
What is the principle of this platform and here as a new member, in which section should we work in the first rank and in which section we should make our own topics.
Because of what kind of violation we will be stopped from working here and there will be negative effects on our account and there will be a risk of being bann.
 In which section we will get to know about the rules of this platform and how we can work here as a good contributor and what we have to do to become a copper member, here what we should try to get good merit?

Well, as said above this forum is not a workplace, it is a community where to study blockchain technology and also the characteristics of bitcoin. You can check all sticky threads on this section, there are a lot of important reminders that you must know before you will start posting. ^{[ https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1689727.0 ]}, this thread will give you a lot of ideas about where to start and forum tips. Just spend more time reading than engaging topics that you don't know, it will create spam if you really insist to interfere without knowledge. Because since the start if you will aim for the earning money here, you will never grow up and even single merit you did not receive. Be knowledgeable enough, getting merit is not that hard for you to get and become an established member. Well, good luck to you and I hope you will start doing this as I said and thanks me later.

Obviously people have some unrealistic expectations from this forum.
This forum is first and foremost a place where crypto enthusiasts meet, exchange information, a place where we can meet new friends, learn something etc.
Members who build a certain reputation on this forum sometimes get a chance to monetize it through certain paid projects but that is just an added bonus and not the only purpose of this forum.
New members who come to this forum for the sole purpose of making money generally fail because they do not have what it takes to succeed, be patient and put in the effort and work.

Why don't you search for all the answers to your questions yourself, point by point? Do you always come to forums with a similar attitude? Everyone should teach you what everyone else is learning for themselves. The status "I urgently need VIP training because everyone owes me", will suit you perfectly.

You dont necessary needed to post on a specific section with your current rank. But you arent allowed to post on serious discussion and Ivory tower until you gained thr appropriate rank.

Waiting for response from those who wanted to help is good since you are asking what to do but I think you should do a research first before asking. I have seen many newbies who registered not long ago and then created a thread asking how to rank up which many of them failed to earn decent merit count. There is a reason why merit is implemented on this forum. Answers are on the links provided above. Good luck.

I think OP was introduced with the forum wrongly. It's because many times OP mentions 'works', I am not sure what exactly mean about it. The forum isn't any working place anyway. It's a crypto discussion forum from where we can learn about cryptocurrency by discussing each other. Your motive for joining the forum shouldn't work here. Just don't make things complicated.

First of all please learn to use the search button from where you may get a lot of your desired answers. So it will help you to learn quickly and also it will reduce unnecessary discussions. The forum is friendly enough to help you since forum users are very helpful. Just try to engage with the constructive discussion.

One thing I don't get is, 'Where does the idea of work comes from in this forum, especially for a beginner'. Or perhaps you meant it in another way because, what you should be thinking of us just how to get acquinted with the forum and build your knowledge of cryptos and how the crypto space works. Its the only thing that matters for you at the moment.  Without experience or prior knowledge of cryptos, even investing becomes really risky for you.

You might have conceived the ideas of working for campaigns and bounties but then, you have to flush that out. At the moment, it only distracts you from building a strong base on cryptos. Its not bad to earn when opportune to but, that time isn't now. Seek knowledge first, its most important to the forum that you learn so as to be an advocate for cryptos and your own stronghold for bitcoin and altcoins as well. This is the way of the forum and the forum is here to groom you @OP, you should be open to learning new things and updating prior knowledge.

As newbies or novice i think what you have to do right now is to take precautions or take a look at the boards and observe how the community is been handled and most especially the methods of posting through the senior colleagues, and secondly try to observe the rules of the community properly so that you won't will be kicked out of the community through permanent or temporary ban, research and observations is the major function  can contribute immensely to the elevation of any user through positive think, positive ideas and positive adoption of errors when mistakes arises.
