Thank you very much @Ratimov you have surprised me with 29 Merit. This made me a Hero Member in three years less than two months. This seems to be the most Merit I have received in a single send.

Yesterday was a pretty happy day hahaha, I was close to moving up in rank here on the forum, but I thought it would take a few more days, and as soon as I logged in I was pretty surprised.
Then I saw where the merits came from, and I wanted to thank you Ratimov.
I thought about sending PM's, but I want to make sure everyone sees it.
As a way to contribute I will also keep an eye on your thread and help out.

Ratimov doesn't look at activities before giving out merits,he only check at those who have little left and are qualified based on his own criteria. He did this last year December ending as a new year gift,I guess.

Ratimov I want to thank you for bringing this program in the forum it is a welcome development to help members to go to next rank but I want to apologize on behalf of the newbie and junior members,the option given by you is of advantage to higher rank members while disadvantage to lower rank members what i am trying to say is that design a program for  low rank members for them to have good number of merits to go the next level and ranks so that they too can benefits from your program and go the next level they too can join a campaign,thanks once more again for your good work.

Have you read the rules carefully? There's not a word in there about accepting any entries, and there's certainly no entry form. The topic was probably created for the OP to create lists himself. If you yourself want to make yourself known, want to apply for a new rank, then use this topic. It's more suitable for accepting applications.

I thought maybe the rule changed in the middle of the thread because if you look up and especially in the previous page, you will see some applications in the format I used above. I really wonder who started it and where they got instructions 
I am OK here. My instinct tells me that I will have more chances here than the other thread which is mostly targeted for low rank members.

Nice one mate, it will really look kinda odd to have someone actually tell congrats but within you still need just an edge to cut it, but its nice to see how active ratimov has been helping out folks that are active and close to the new rank achievement. Since my stay I have come to notice that the forum actually recognizes your efforts in community, just keep on posting quality stuff and you will eventually grow even from your greatest imagination.
