Is it true that everyone will exprience depression or not at all? Well their's a time that I think I experience depression because of hardship days comes to my life..I almost want to quit to live..but I thanks God I overcome this by the help of my wife and my son.how about you did you ever experience this and how did you overcome this? and what did you do to still be live and enjoy life.thanks for the time.

If you have a hard day, that can make your tension high and if you can not solve it, you can become depressed. I think all of us already got depression, but the level of depression will be different. Some people have a high depression that makes them go to mental hospitals to get medicine or help. But the other people can handle their depression and solve their problems to reduce the depression. So it is about how you manage your stress, not become bigger so you will not get depression.

Depends on what you feed your mind with. If you are sheep (biblical sheep) It's very likely that things you hear, watch, and see in the world will make you depressed, unless you enjoy hearing, watching & seeing the evil.   
So, you either need to stop feeding your self with things from the world or start tolerating things the world tolerate,meaning you accept to be like them. It doesn't end there if you choose the latter, because you will likely be made to accept more wickedness in the future in order to be "ok".   They seem to update/increase in evil and get others to upgrade with them to be like the rest of the society. It's a system ruled by a very wicked entity who will strive to make those who depend on the system he creates to be like him.
The Only option for Sheep is to get saved from the system by CHIEF SHEPARD, (an invisible and unbelievablly Powerful LORD called JESUS) and never look back.

The wicked could also easily get depressed when they are defeated by superior Power that is way beyond them ,but I'm more concerned for the sheep Lost in the World

Depression comes when someone experience continuous failures, rejections and loneliness their stress will turns out to be depression and this can happen mostly to the anti social people who keep themselves alone when they are not feeling good.

Depression comes when people stops considering good things that comes to  His way,when he denied small things and instead look for the better one.

in Short it is contentment that we need to make flourish in life , specially we must always consider our family and friends that will make us out.

depression usually occurs due to a lack of control over the person's thoughts...

unable to deal with pressure or what happens in life is not the way you want it to be, usually the cause of depression, there is also depression due to the influence of drugs. you have to be closer to God so that your depression is reduced.

I don't think that everybody will experience depression in his life. Hardship on the other hand will be faced by everybody. For example, we all have been confronted by death of a family member. It is nature that our grand parents and parents will die before us. This is a horrible time, but it comes down to how we manage out feelings and cope with such events. If we don't have friends and family to support us, the risk of becoming depressed is much higher.

Everybody feels down or unsatisfied at times. I’m not sure what constitutes depression but the best thing you can do is surround yourself with good people, family & keep yourself occupied. There are anti depression tablets but i would advise to keep away from them.

What he's saying is how they've used depression to become a better person and able to beat it.

It's sad that many didn't conquered it and it's also sad that many don't believe on it. After regaining your mental and physical strength and you've won against it.

There is nobody in life that have not gone through depression in life either the Rich or poor. Depression happens as a result of things so dear to us it could be a failed relationship, lost of family members or financial status .

Is it true that everyone will exprience depression or not at all? Well their's a time that I think I experience depression because of hardship days comes to my life..I almost want to quit to live..but I thanks God I overcome this by the help of my wife and my son.how about you did you ever experience this and how did you overcome this? and what did you do to still be live and enjoy life.thanks for the time.

I have seen two types of people in depressions

a) those who have a lot of money and don't need to work to earn
b) those who are very poor and have no work to earn

For those, who are working to meet the expenses of life, rarely fall in depression. That's my observation.

lately i've been struggling since either what i do doesn't matter or i'm hung up on my personal narrative (i.e. i'm a bad person so i deserve to feel bad).

i find it helps to do other stuff since dwelling on the feeling tends to be self-perpetuating.

Do not confuse temporary melancholy and depression.  depression is a disease and most often it is impossible to do without the help of a specialist, as it can progress and flow into more acute forms, up to suecid.  But all problems come only from our head and a special perception of reality.  introspection and working through your problems and fears is the best way to achieve positive results

Once you understand that a CREATOR of Heaven and Earth really exist and HE is currently using few humans as vessels to communicate with the World and asking humans to accept HIS Son (JESUS) who will save humans who believe in HIM from the coming evil and from the power of an evil entity called Satan, who controls(esp mind-control) much of humans living on Earth. Some people have a high depression that makes them go to mental hospitals to get medicine or help. But the other people can handle their depression and solve their problems to reduce the depression. So it is about how you manage your stress, not become bigger so you will not get depression.

Thinking about our friends and family is the best thing we can do to help us deal with all the hard things in life. We need to be aware that our parents also had hard times when they were young, or think about our grand and great grand parents who had to fight in WW2. Instead of just focusing on only on our problems we should put everything into perspective. Thinking more about others and not too much about ourselves can really help to find more happiness in life and overcome a depression.

Yes I experience it too and to be honest I am still facing some hard time right now.
I think the best way to handle it is to be open with whoever is close to you be honest and talk to them it would help a lot.
Everytime I feel down or having a hard time I would talk to my wife and open up and after that somehow it would lighten my feelings.

Depression is your Soul's way of telling you that you are not living up to your potential.

It is like pain from being burned telling your body to move out of the heat. Depression is supposed to motivate you to take action to improve your circumstances.
Really? Depression motivates anyone?

Most of the depressed people gave up even in their life by committing suicide, so they are supposed to take a break first then regain their physical and mental strength then only they are supposed to focus on goals.
What he's saying is how they've used depression to become a better person and able to beat it.

It's sad that many didn't conquered it and it's also sad that many don't believe on it. After regaining your mental and physical strength and you've won against it.

The time for healing is coming and even if you don't focus with your goals yet, you just have to find your happiness.
Broken heart can bear more pain but what I said is that the person need to survive their broken heart phase then they will get used to it,and you are right handful of people used it for their success while many didn't use it for anything and wasted their life.

What happened when you had a fever when you were a child? Your mother will give you medicine to burn medicine, and your mother will accompany you to tell you not to be afraid, and you will get better.

It's the same when you have depression. You need to take medicine to lower the fever and seek emotional support to reduce the discomfort of the fever.

and less of support from people around them , they are mostly the people that feels being neglected or being denied since their childhood that is why they felt nothing to put on their self.
and also they are the suicidal people.

Well their's a time that I think I experience depression because of hardship days comes to my life..I almost want to quit to live..but I thanks God I overcome this by the help of my wife and my son.how about you did you ever experience this and how did you overcome this? and what did you do to still be live and enjoy life.thanks for the time.


I also fell into depression, the life we live is so full of difficult and painful experiences that unfortunately you have to think about everything. I am having my biggest problem in my business life these days. I'm sleepy now and I can't sleep at night. I realized that this situation consumed me. did i solve the problem? Unfortunately no. so what did i do? I tried to hold on to things that were more valuable than the problems I had in my life. In this case, of course, my family supported me a lot.

I hope no one gets depressed!!

Overthinking situations of your life or events can bring up type of worries that you are not prepared to process.
When you deny this processes the body will react making you feel and think things that are not processes , supressing this feelings will evolve and surge as "depression" were your physical body will react involuntary to your toughts, making "sick" or "depressed".

Sometimes we need to look at us into the mirror and process our defects, accepting your self and caring for your self.

I had experience about depression. The most hardest part is that you can't put it into words. You just feel numb and empty all the time. Continuous failures triggers you to take suicide. What i did to overcome my situation is that i took my blindfolds off and embrace the truth in front of me, that it's not too late.

It was up for you to choose whether you'll be happy or not. It took me a while to realize that. It takes a lot of process to build self love and to be a positive thinker. As long as you fight you can beat it.

Sometimes depression comes when you can't share your problems with anyone else. When you felt like you're alone and you can't just trust everyone because of your past which you encounter the worst scenario, example rejections, betrayal, when you tell anybody your problems they will just continue to let you down.  And yes you just decided to solve problems with your own, but remember what William said "No man is an Island". You have to get out of your comfort zone and live with positive people with positive mindset.  That way, i think you'll become a better person.

There’s a lot of points in everyone’s lives that we experience “depression” if that’s what you want to call it. I don’t think that’s the right word for the feelings people experience when that “depression” rolls around though. Depression is stigmatized and misconstrued in a lot of ways and like there is something wrong with you if you have it. Really a lot of people have depression and it’s completely normal and I feel the stigmatization of it makes people have continued bouts of it or “depression” for longer periods of time than normal solely because it’s been so widely critiqued as something non-normal and has a very bad stigma with it.

Rather than calling it depression I feel it’s just standard feelings of sadness people experience throughout their lives for a number of factors that could be anything from family related, work related, relationship causes, or just general health and how your body functions throughout your life. A lot of people tend to get bouts of depressions in certain times of the year every year and it’s most likely due to the fact that a big event occurred for them at that time at some point in their lives whether they are aware of it or not. People tend to get over these situations of intense sadness and unhappiness easily unless they are stuck on the fact they have something wrong with them, when in fact it is just standard human health and regular, normal feelings that everyone gets at some point in time. If one gets stuck on the fact that they have something wrong with them when they’re experiencing “depression” that’s likely going to cause you a lot of problems down the road and more sadness and worry in the long run. The best thing to do is just sit back, relax and let your feelings take over you instead of worrying about them constantly or that you have something wrong with you. Sooner or later they will pass and you will start to feel better again or you can take the steps to bring yourself out of the funk to make yourself start feeling better again as well. Sometimes you can get into a funk where you need to take steps, large or small, to get yourself back in good health and feeling good again as sitting around or not doing anything about it will not give you the “oomf” or the power to overcome those feelings to get back to living normal life.

There doesn’t have to be a single trigger for depression to show its ugly head. It is really quite common in the modern day, people are now willing to seek professional help. It’s more accepted, people can admit weakness & not be laughed at.

The only real advice I have for anybody suffering is to talk to somebody. Don’t keep it all bottled up. Please don’t start taking prescription pills either, they are no good. There are better ways to deal with depression.

Depression is a very complex phenomenon and it's possible we'll never fully figure it out completely. Is it genetical, or environmental? Probably both. Good thing is most people can steer themselves in the right direction, and those who can't have very efficient medicines at their disposal.

Self-care is number one and dealing with depression is important. My number one depression reliever is to go exercise like going on a long walk. Now and then a hot jacuzzi tub session or sitting in a sauna can also make my depression go away.
What also helps is talking with those around me that are close to me I can only trust with my feelings. It is a positive way to let someone else know what my thoughts and I can get an opinion or in some ways, I do have a friend that just let talk it out without any opinion.
Those are good options when you are not feeling good, knowing that there are those around you to understand.

everyone in this world must have felt depression, it's just that the levels are different.
but what often happens to me is mild depression when work piles up together and there are always problems that arise at that moment. so that my mind felt anxious and all my muscles tensed up and became mildly depressed as if I wanted to be angry with myself.
but I have my own medicine, which is to go out for a while to meet friends to drink coffee and smoke a cigarette while joking to get rid of that boredom.
and once a week I also go on vacation with my wife and children to treat their boredom and free them from this mild depression.

Depression is one situation no one should wish himself. Just as you mentioned, my experience with depression was when I faced severe hardship. I even found it so difficult to concentrate on my studies, each time I try to read my book, I will just remember all my problems. If you're are facing depression please try and talk to somebody. It goes a long way to helping you overcome.

At some point in life everyone will experience the lows as well as the highs. That it why we are humans and not robots.
The thing is not whether depression comes but how to respond to it.
A lot of people have their different ways of responding to it. Some are healthy and some are unhealthy.
In your case having family helped you cope, and you came out of it.

Well their's a time that I think I experience depression because of hardship days comes to my life..I almost want to quit to live..but I thanks God I overcome this by the help of my wife and my son.how about you did you ever experience this and how did you overcome this? and what did you do to still be live and enjoy life.thanks for the time.

I have seen two types of people in depressions

a) those who have a lot of money and don't need to work to earn
b) those who are very poor and have no work to earn

For those, who are working to meet the expenses of life, rarely fall in depression. That's my observation.

Agreed. The two types of people mentioned are extreme examples and they set boundaries between. Apart from these types, peope who feel depressed may be too much stressed and obsessed with pressure. I sometimes feel the same way but after adjusting for a few days, nothing seems that serious. Everything is going to be fine eventually.

Depression always comes when we worry too much about life, despair, and often blame ourselves. You just need to try to think positively, and not despair. Because the test must always be there.
