In my country's culture also gambling is not allowed, even my country also prohibits gambling activities. But still, illegal gambling keeps

What source are you using for that information? It is inaccurate. Christianity is concerned about gambling due to the dangers it poses to individuals, families and society, but gambling and games of chance are not prohibited by Christianity.

I did not mention gambling in my post. Gambling to me not equal to Betting. Gambling is taking big risk.
But if by gambling you mean taking big risk or being financially reckless in Betting or other things, I can guarantee you that GOD's Words does not encourage that. It's immoral hence a sin.
