Countries that ban Bitcoin should also consider whether to ban Bitcoin all the time.
The charm of Bitcoin is limitless. Many countries have banned Bitcoin for a period of time, and then they discovered the advantages of Bitcoin and accepted it again.
More and more countries allow the use of Bitcoin. There will also be some countries that set Bitcoin as legal tender.
Most countries don't even understand what bitcoin is before they impose a ban on it. I remember crypto was banned in India and highly criticized by the government only to be reversed later because they might have learned that BTC isn't as bad as they might be thinking about it.

With time the government also understands that it is practically impossible to ban the use of cryptocurrency. It's similar to banning gambling, people will find some ways of doing it somehow.

The bans put on bitcoin are only proof of frustration from the government because they can't stop it and they know it very well.

the crypto ban is temporary, maybe this is the right answer to answer every question that exists, because we see politics continues to run, many people want power, maybe someday there will be smart people who are interested in crypto money, can lead a government, like the state of el salvador..

You know the government seems to be upset with anything there can't put under their control and would want to kick against it, but with time it's actually going to be a history because what must be must be, the ban some countries lay on bitcoin isn't stopping it's growth, it is a sign that bitcoin is gaining more traction across countries and soon it will be accepted globally, it's just a matters of time everything will turn out perfectly. Soon the government will get to see the importance of crypto to it's economy
I believe we win in the end, we’ve spread so much already that at this point i think it would be near impossible to stop it from growing. they might slow it for a while but i think a stop of growth is near impossible Undecided

All these bans are temporary, we are still early and there are still a lot of things that might happen in the future, I am still hoping that cryptocurrency will be legalized in all countries because if that would happen for sure all of the people in this world who explore technology will explore cryptocurrency as well and that will really makes the price pump.
prohibitions for bitcoin have existed for a long time but the fact is that bitcoin is still standing and growing today, let's see if China is consistent with the ban it issued, or when the government changes, mining will exist even if it's hidden.
Yeah, this makes bitcoin really strong, there are still a lot of people who invest in cryptocurrency especially bitcoin despite of so many FUDS.

Those banks will end up losing customers, these crypto bans will definitely be temporary, they have to accept the fact that crypto will be everywhere in the next 5 years, although, I don't see cryptocurrency to dominate fiat nor make people rely more onto crypto, fiat will still be dominant but cryptocurrency will be beneficial to everyone, banks will have to remove these bans and integrate cryptocurrency and give the customers what they want.

IMO governments fully knows BTC that's why they are going hard against crypto then ever before. The main point is can government fully ban it? The answer is governments have no control to ban decentralized crypto. They can only restrict its centralized use such as on exchanges. I don't know what happens in future but crypto financial system is not gonna be accepted by governments, at least in near future.
These are just my two satoshis.

The number of customers will not be lost by such bans because of the fact that when it comes to buying and selling crypto, not a single bit of confidential information is revealed, almost just a regular money transfer method, the bank can investigate the origin of such transactions but such action is not their idea, except in cases of too obvious disclosure of crypto, otherwise the bank will still handle it as usual. The ban is just stating their position on the side of the country and the government but they are not stupid to drop the source of profits from crypto, too many potential and wealthy customers here.

I guess most of you have noticed the rise in the number of banks and Financial commissions and Governments in different countries announcing bans on crypto purchases using banks, crypto exchanges, and in some case Bitcoin mining crackdowns. From UK to Japan, Canada (Ontario) to China, but one thing for sure is all those attempts can't stop a force that has already gained momentum. It only signals that the Bitcoin movement is going down the right path of history.

They want to have control of how people spend and transact but with Bitcoin and other cryptos, they are powerless, that's why they are not happy.
This is the kind of problem we are having these days, when there is a change, people wouldn’t want to adapt to that change at first. You will see companies that feels like the new change is going to put them out of business, fighting against the change instead of them to up their game, adapt to the change and start following what’s trending, rather they choose to suppress the change which is very bad. But as time goes on you’re going to see that the change will still occur and all those people that never wanted to adapt will be the ones that will be ending up as the losers.

I also believe the same thing. Any country that still bans crypto in their country is temporary. The ban will be removed and says it must be removed at any time. There are certain reasons, like if they didn't take action to adopt bitcoin now, then they would be at the bottom of the pile. The world is adopting bitcoin regularly. And when a country adopts it, the news goes viral in an instant. Its untouchable price means users can't buy a whole bitcoin. Later, buying a whole bitcoin will be a dream for millionaires too. If these things happen, they think they will understand why the bitcoin ban has to be removed. So the result is that these bans are temporary. That's it.

I agree that these cryptocurrency bans are going to be temporary. I'm thinking like this even about the China's ban on them too. I know that China is one of the countries that are really strict about cryptocurrencies. But they still weren't able to impose a permanent ban on them. And this also shouldn't be a permanent one I believe. There are so many investors there and I assume that the government wouldn't like to be deprived of a big opportunity for good. They would impose a tax on them and start letting people trade again.

it seems that it will be difficult to control bitcoin because the character it has is that it cannot be controlled and moves because of the mechanism that occurs due to existing trade. any ban that anyone does will not make bitcoin will fade and disappear.

You are right that bitcoin is a global business that cannot be controlled by countries, institutions or individuals. people trust bitcoin too much because it is able to provide the convenience it has and which will clearly provide benefits.
many individuals and countries have done and acknowledged the existence of bitcoin which indicates that bitcoin will continue to grow.

while in some countries that declared bitcoin or cryptocurrencies are illegal yet only few that still seek to accumulate while majority is declining meaning at any point adoption will be harder on those places.
this also add to why crypto is still on process of advertising because of those banning.

so Even though the businesses worldwide is indeed inside crypto yet there are many places that denies these facts.
so this will take long time before reflecting in reality .

This maybe temporary but unless people will push the usage and the adoption in their own countries there will be opening for that banning to uphold .
because the world now is getting online and internet is the best way to make transactions and also Bitcoin and crypto is in the edge of that adoption .
but without our help? this will never come to reality so best if we will act as one and let the world know about crypto and what this can bring to everyone .

I think the same, the prohibitions I consider to be temporary, just thinking that a country like El Salvador adopted BTC, and now the other countries are studying a regulatory model for the acceptance of BTC, that is something that they already consider as one of the priorities that no one should be left out, I knew more than 3 years ago that the time would come that BTC would be adopted by many people in the world, and developed countries will begin to do so, some have already been doing stablecoin projects, but everything certainly leads to BTC.

End of the day if those stablecoins developed doesn't lead towards bitcoin, then it is completely digital form of cash without any features of cryptocurrency. We've been getting more news about the adoption of bitcoin. However we can't expect big just because of El Salvador adopted it. Major reason why it is an easy thing for El Salvador, the population as well as there is no national currency. Countries won't let their national currency, so to safeguard the national currency countries will consider ban. When people are much associated with it, governments will give consideration as a alternate asset.

Yes if you talk about decentralized bitcoin then its impossible to ban it. Governments and other centralized agencies can only ban or control centralized crypto like xrp, usdt, exchanges like binance etc. We see such posts again and again because people are not paying attention to the fact that there is no way a decentralized entity like btc can be controlled.

I think this is the right statement. As time goes by, times will continue to progress, the government system will change, and surely the people in government will change. In my environment now, people who are involved in the crypto world are dominated by young people, and they have the potential to sit in government. Maybe now they have the authority to "ban" Crypto, but who knows 5 years, 10 years from now they won't have that authority. I'm optimistic about this.

It might have less to do with authority and perhaps more to do with a growing technology that is becoming more and more impossible to ban. At some point the governments will have no other choice but to accept crypto as a fact and as something they have no control over. At this point they will stop trying to swim against the wave and might even contribute in a positive sense to the world of crypto. Even now, they barely have any authority except when it comes to a fiat connection to crypto like buying or selling crypto with fiat.

Cryptocurrency is developing very quickly, attracting very large capital flows into its ecosystem. The sharp increase in the capitalization of the cryptocurrency does not please the states and their governments. Not so long ago, at the summit of the G20 countries, the issue of the growing influence of cryptocurrency was already discussed, and then it was decided that the cryptocurrency does not pose a threat to the stability of the global financial system. As we see that the influence of cryptocurrencies continues to grow, this opinion may yet change. Until that time, we have seen scattered various prohibitions against cryptocurrencies by individual states. If the ban is at the level of the G20 countries, the situation for the cryptocurrency will be much more serious.
