I will send you an email in few minutes, but i want to be transparent and write here also.
I will also consider to buy a copper membership.

I wish to be whitelisted, because of these reasons:

• I am starting with a serious crypto business, my only forum thread will be Bitcointalk, and i need to PM people, also quick reply to my forum thread(s)
• I am a newbie, cannot "rank up" quickly, but i want to be active and help to my possible future users to earn money and have fun with crypto.

You're not proxybanned, so you don't need whitelisting for that. You've reached 16 Activity already, which means your PM limits are now 3 recipients, 10 per hour and 15 per day. That should suffice. The waittime between posts is 89 seconds with 16 Activity. I think you'll be good on your own, those limits are created so Newbies post less (and read more).

Also realised, that i can add different messengers to my profile, so it will help too.

PS: This Bitcointalk logic slightly forces newbies for "spamming" the forums with unwanted replies, just to reach higher activity and have less freedom in replying, which is not so good imo.

Unfortunately, there was much more spam without those limits. If a Newbie starts spamming, he can still be banned. He just won't be able to spit out too many posts before that happens.
Restricting Newbies sucks, but a money-making-forum without spam-limits becomes unusable.

Users like yourself are the main reason I'm glad I can do something against unjust evil fees. I know very sure I wouldn't have joined any forum on the planet if I'd have to pay for it.
Nowadays I add any website that shows me a paywall to /etc/hosts, forwarding to 172.0.0.1
