Maybe, but Ive used this exchange before and dont have any problem withdrawing my funds. How its not possible to withdraw? If you follow their rules then theres nothing to worry about. Also how long is this process is it days? Weeks already?

There are plenty of reports about this exchange so I cant say totally they are legit, but one thing is for sure, their exchange and volume is a bit shady and suspicious. No choice before thats why I used this to cash out my fund cause the tokens is only traded on their market.

Updated: finally they processed my withdrawal

Good to see that they have responded on your withdrawal and you have it on your wallet now. Before creating a accusation topic like this I will suggest you to take little extra time to get the response. In some cases popular trading platforms also make delay and its due to large number of support tickets.

I will suggest you to edit your topic title properly and you can use a single word for that "Solved".
