Stake.com doesn’t pay my bonuses

I wagered alot there recently and currently I am Platinum 4, when I got assigned VIP host ’Steve’ I messaged him on Telegram asking for my bonuses just for him to block me and no response.

They currently owe me Platinum 3 and Platinum 4 bonus which I am due to receive, their live support is not being supportive or anything either.


I recommend staying away from them until I’ve received my bonuses.

I cant believe that the VIP host blocked you because you ask the bonus.
I have never missed any leveling up bonuses so far, means that I got all the leveling up bonuses without any issues.
The last one I got was few months back when I reached platinum 3 and I receive $800 bonus + additional bonus for my wagering activity.

To be honest, Stake was that reputed crypto gambling site and you just can't say to stay away to users here that easily. You should provide more on your claim.

Does the pict 1 is telegram? Because the interface colour is different from pict 2. I wonder what's your conversation before with Steve, seems like he already said something and you keep push him to pay your bonus.

If you want to hide about privacy concern on your conversation you shouldn't crop the picture, better cross out it.

Bro stake.com is a reputed site and if your issue is genuine they will surely hello, instead of messaging them on telegram i recommend you to send an email to them with all the details and screenshot to support that as well, and have patience your issue would be solved.

Op, are you sure you weren't communicating with some scammer who is trying to pose as a representative of this reputable casino? I'm pretty cautious when it comes to chatting with strangers in messengers. If you want to contact the support, you must make sure you're talking to official representatives by contacting them either on Bitcointalk or via the official website. Also check if the website isn't a fishing version but is actually genuine. If it's the real Stake.com, and you contact their real support, I'm sure the issue will be resolved because casinos like this care about their reputation, as they can lose customers if they don't pay something out.

Why need pm?

So far I know, after you rank up "VIP Manager/Support" Stake will send you a message congratulation and then they will give you bonus rank up. If you still not claim the bonus, don't worry because I have some experience rank up from non-rank to gold but never claim any "Bronze & Silver" rank the support message me & reminds there still has some unclaim bonus and I can claim that.

What did the live support said when you tried following up on your delayed bonus ?

Maybe they're doing an investigation on your account that's why they're not answering your question as of now.

Also there's a one month gap before you became active, it shouldn't be an issue to them but that could be one of the possibilities.

As long as I know the difference between the first pic and the other two is about the device. First pic is a screengrab from telegram on mobile device while the other 2 is screengrab from telegram desktop (PC).

The message from Steve "There wasn't anything to answer" tells us something but we do not know what is it. Looking at the stats of this player, he is a high roller because he is reaching Platinum 4 in less than a week (account created on July 31). Stake will not ignore high roller players like him and Stake would have served him well, imo there is something like miscommunication between this player and Steve.

So far I will not conclude unilaterally before Stake.com answers it first. Maybe you are too fussy and ask a lot of questions. There are a lot of orders and it's not just you out there. They need to improve the response fast enough. Because if it is left like this, there will be many people who continue to be fussy asking questions like you. Even though it's your right to ask for what you get. it will still take some time to find the solution behind your problem with Stake.com. Hope you get the answer soon.

You can't conclude that easily, that's your problem that is not necessarily felt by other people gambling there. Stake.com is good and I'm still safe to gamble to this day. Even I don't have problem like you. That's a sign you can't advise everyone to stay away from Stake.com.

What if they answer your complaint? Would you change the above statement and immediately suggest everyone gamble there?
Don't let your problem be generalized to everyone. as @bL4nkcode said, you can contact Stunna directly, he will answer your complaint without the need to spread a bad image before any clarification by the party concerned.

Only contact them through their website and do not communicate on Telegram you are probably talking to a scammer which will ask for you to send money or give your password to them. You can message them here on the forum to if you need to.

Have you received the same complaint from other parties who are in the same boat as you? Although I haven't heard of it so far, so you don't have to go to the point of suggesting to all users to stay away from that gambling site. Just finish your case first, maybe it's still in the distribution stage, it doesn't have to be on time. Moreover, you've gone up to the VIP level, at least they won't just ignore you.

#Steve is normally a great guys, so I see no reason why he would withhold your VIP bonus from you. Do you have any other Alt accounts that might have flagged a red flag on their system? Some high rollers might use Alt accounts to misuse the VIP bonus system and that might be why Steve are blocking your bonus payouts?

Can you contact the online Support and then screenshot their response? They have logs of all the things that happens on that site, so they might give you a reason why Steve are not paying your bonus.

As others have said - it's hard to do but unless there is some form of proof then it is basically an empty accusation. It might be worth considering "ignoring" any bonus amounts that are offered, especially if it requires some sort of manual intervention by a staff member before any amount is released. While nobody should be deceived at any part of the process, if you are relying on amounts that are received from these extras then it usually means that you have wasted a lot of money and are trying to claw back tiny amounts from some sort of account rake. It may be time for you to step back, re-evaluate and stop playing if you're only chasing losses - in the long term that will do more damage to the casino than feeding them more money and will make your mind more restful.

^ I have been using this gambling site before with no issue and until now it is a very well-known and reputed gambling site and I think probably the problem is in your account that is why they did not give what you asked. Your conclusion will probably be wrong towards them and based on the conversation that you shared with us it seems you already got your bonus. Nevertheless, regarding Steve or the name of his account here Satuna, he is a great guy probably you get a good approach from him just wait for a little moment.
